Carlos Hamilton is from Chicago, Illinois, He's a drug dealer and He tries to get money out of people out on the streets and He tries to get money out of tenants inside apartment buildings. Carlos is evil, crazy, crooked, sick and twisted! He's a diabetic and He has Type 2 diabetes, He asks people and tenants for $20.00 to get insulin, Because he has no health insurance, The doctor told him not to smoke, He ignores the doctor's advice, Everytime when he smokes cigarettes, He always passes out, He calls 911 for the fire department and ambulance, The fire department and ambulance comes to his apartment and put him on a stretcher and carry him in the back of the ambulance. The parmedics take him to the hospital and Suddenly he get's released from the hospital and comes home.He uses people's money to buy beer and cigarettes and not insulin.Building Owner Richard A.Weller and Apartment Manager Craig made a mistake by hiring Carlos Hamilton as the new apartment manager in 2013 at Wells Street Apartments at 2922 West Wells Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, because of LB Gibson stealing money and gambling with tenants money by going to Potawatomi BIngo and Casino to cover up for the lost rent money! Carlos Hamilton is not a real apartment manager!That's why Jesse Hadley, Rennard Cotton moved out, becuase of Carlos Hamilton and Richard A.Weller's craziness and foolishness! Carlos Hamilton did not take care of business at Wells Street Apartments, That's why Richard A.Weller pulled Carlos Hamilton out of Wells Street Apartments and put him in Merrill Park Apts located at 609 North 31st Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2013. In 2015 at Merrill Park Apartments he got fired for calling Richard A.Weller a white honky jew and went off on him!

In 2013 at Wells Street Apartments 2922 West Wells Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.Apartment manager and Chicago native Carlos Hamilton was trying to get money out of tenants by charging them money by getting things fixed inside their apartment.He asks tenants for money to get his insulin filed, because he does not have no health insurance! He takes advantage of people by making them give him money.That caused Jesse Hadley, Darren Stewart and Rennard Cotton to move out of that apartment building in June 2013.After that Wardell Anderson moved out, because every time when his kids come over to visit him, a black man tenant named Isiah Mack always be having his door open, When his kids be in the hallway, Isiah be closing his door, Wardell's kids stopped coming over, because of Isiah Mack's craziness! Carlos refused to evict Isiah Mack.In September 2013, Richard A.Weller and Craig pulled Carlos Hamilton from Wells Street Apartments, because he was not taking care of things.Carlos was put at Merrill Park Apartments located at 609 North 31st Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.In 2015 Carlos got fired by calling Richard A.Weller, A White Honky Jew and cussing/going off on him.Do not give Carlos Hamilton no money and Stay away from Carlos Hamilton!
