non receipt of order
I too have fallen into this wholesale cigarretes scam. I placed an order on July 3, 2010. I was told the order would take 3-4 weeks for delivery. After 5 weeks I started to email them for information on my order. They kept asking me for my correct shipping address which I supplied to then 4 times. They eventually said my package had been mailed to Afghanastan. They said that as soon as the package was returned to them they would reship the order or give me my money back. Does anybody really think Afghanasan will really return the package if it was sent there. At first I asked them to ship me an order before the others were returned. They said policy refused to do that. I spent $148 for 6 cartons that I know I will never receive nor will I ever get my money refunded. I dont know what legal action I can take. Any suggestions on what to do?

pay my order and not received my order
I do my order in April, 26, 2010 and received payment 141.00 dollars the same day in April, 29, 2010 supposedly make sending today I was in communication with them and supposedly my order is lost in U.S but I don't want to give more information I can claim in U.S clear to them that not them appropriate because I can verify that they never sent me the package that is right they managed to say that it is the fault of the U.S mail and not give me more information

Ask for the tracking number, and look up your local post office with the tracking number.
They are scammers. I had every excuse given to me and finally after I pushed for a tracking number they said it was lost in the mail and would not answer me again. I cancelled my credit card. File with consumer affairs against these scam artists.
They ripped me off as well. Say its was lost in th US but wont give any evidence. Can anyone start a website, so that when others are seeking cigs online, they see that there about to be scammed?
I too was ripped-off by them. $217.00 and I got nothing. They said the cigs are now in the USA, we cant help you. I wish I had looked this up first. I've never had a problem buying on line before.

I ordered cigarettes with my credit card March 22, 2010, they got there money March 23rd, it's on my credit card. I never got my order and today is May 14, 2010, everyday asking them where is my order and all they say is they will get back to me and they don't, or they say they have several national holidays and the post office is closed. I ordered from these people several times and a couple transactions were seamless. However more were a hassle and/or unsuccessful. Several times they made errors and refused to give appropriate compensation. And the compenation they did promise fell short. Such as telling me i would get 10% off my next order which turned into $10. Much less than the 10% promised.
The latest order was made just before the Russian war started. They send from Russia! They did not notify me of the circumstances and my package was refused and sent back by U.S. customs like it appears has happened to others according to the reviews, yet it's not their fault? According to "Henry", nothing is ever their fault.
I was told I would get the standard 75% refund which I bulked at. Its been 2 months since it left customs in California and still no refund. I can't track package through their tracking service, it stopped tracking once it left the U.S. I've lost hundreds of dollars over this and they dont care.
It's not a scam, they are just dumb and rude, and whine a lot about this not being their fault. No, its not their fault, its mine. "Screw me once, shame on them, screw me twice, shame on me." I've moved on to another supplier from Israel and they seem to working out fine and about the same price. Very professional. The Henry Tudor's of Cigspot you would converse with are mostly moody and unproffesional. I never once got an apology for my troubles. I don't know how they stay in business!
Stay away from stogieexpress.com. They are a scam website. will never send any goods and will steal your money through google pay. Same owner who ran tobacco capital and cigoutfitters.com. How many websites does this creep have to open before he is caught?
Stogie express.com is a fraudulent company. They stole my money and never sent the goods. They don't answer their emails or phone. Its the same owners as tobacco capital.com and cig outfitters.com. This creep is goin down!
This website cigoutfitters.com popped up 2 weeks ago after tobaccocapital.com mysteriously disappeared along with my money. 5 different individuals have been repeatedly plugging cigoutfitters.com on this board. I believe it is the owners kim davis and ken baxter writing these reviews. Please do not buy from cigoutfitters.com. They are a scam company. They also own tobaccocapital, cigroad, cigmania, and dirtcheapcigs. All have disappeared. If you were scammed by any of these companies, please report it to the Federal Trade Comission.
If you ordered from cigoutfitters.com like you claim list the tracking number. I think it is ironic that you post after another cigoutfitter user asked for the tracking number. Stop writing bs reports your pathetically trying to ruin a good companies name. Google pay doesn’t work outside of the United States either. So why the fake reviews.
Cigoutfitters.com is a great company I use them as well.

Really? How, since they just opened on January 18th. They used to be tobaccocapital.com, which just happened to disappear last week, along with everyone's money. Now on January 18th, they show up as cigoutfitters.com, along with all these good reviews. Davt, where were your good reviews for cigoutfitters 2 months ago if they were online then? Why are you here giving good reviews on a complaint board? Because these reviews are written by the owner. DO NOT BUY FROM CIGOUTFITTERS.COM. They will just steal your money.
tobaccocapital.com is the website that I use to buy my cigarettes online. They have never let me down and I have placed many orders with them.
