I Robert Aston buy at least $120 on cigarettes a week and was extremely disappointed to find that my Parker and Simpson that I enjoy so much had chunks of tobacco that looks like mud.. Every pouch I've purchased has had black, tar like clumps strewn through out that resemble rat poo. Pictured is one of the biggest clumps I've come across. If the price of smokes goes up, then so should the quality and that's surely not the case here. Parker and Simpson are coming off as a greedy profit hungry company that doesn't care about it's customers, customers who they would be nothing with out.

Parker and Simpson Gold 30's cigarettes

This is happened a few times to me where, I've brought a packet of Parker and Simpsons gold 30's and the cigarette. It just not quite made right, Some of the filter hasn't been connected fully over or like in my photo where there is too much of the filter. And it's hanging over it's starting to get a bit annoying considering how much they bloody cost below. I have provided photos to get in touch with me please email me on.

I bought a packet of Parker and Simpson Red Firm Filter 20s & upon peeling back the plastic, I discovered the lid if the packet had not been cut & sealed shut, causing me to have to tear the lid open. I purchase $300 worth of Parker and Simpson cigarettes and tobacco each week from Coles. I like the product but there appears to be a flaw in manufacturing the product. The rolly tobacco is increasingly being packaged unprocessed and full leaves or stem appears in the product that is unusable. With the cost going up and up this is unacceptable. Please rectify or improve Quality management.

Parker and Simpson blue

I have been purchasing Parker and Simpson blue for the last couple months but am constantly unable to use individual cigarettes due to finding holes in them. I have attached 2 photos the first came from the same packet of 20s and the 2nd from a packet of 40s I purchased yesterday. At the cost per cigarettes at the present time I'm getting a bit annoyed as you can understand.
