I ordered cigarettes with my credit card March 22, 2010, they got there money March 23rd, it's on my credit card. I never got my order and today is May 14, 2010, everyday asking them where is my order and all they say is they will get back to me and they don't, or they say they have several national holidays and the post office is closed. If I had known the cigarettes where coming from the Ukraine I never would of ordered them. They promise 21-30 days for delivery or your money back or resend order well it hasn't happened and they haven't done anything except to say wait till 40 days well I did... still nothing.. if you want cigarettes by credit card do not do business with these people. It's been an hour on there live chatline and they have not come back with any results of my order which I think I will never see.

This Company is a complete scam. I have been waiting for more than 2 months knowing that I was fooled. I contacted them but the same reason over and over again: your package was LOST and we will resend you another one.
I asked for a refund, they said their payment system is down! It's funny that their payment system will only work if you make a purchase but will become down if you want a refund.
Unfortunately, I have recently read that many other people have been through this with the same company; the company used the same reasons for delay (package lost) and the same reason not to refund (payment system is down).
Bottom line, a piece of advice, avoid this company!

I've ordered from these guys 3 times. On the 3rd order, it took them 3 weeks (I expect the delivery on the 4th week) to notify me that the Post Office lost my shipment. Reading up on these posts, I'm assuming that they will claim that the US Post Office lost it so nothing I can do now eh? The customer service is very quick, however they need to get better friggin headphones, I could not make out a single thing the person said. This feels like a bad breakup, I almost want to say, "keep the damn money and just stay the heck out of my life!"

I TOO AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THE RESPONSE THAT I'VE RECEIVED FROM BESTCIGARETTESSHOP.COM, I PLACED MY ORDER BACK IN 09/01/11 AND HAVE SINCE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES ASKING THE STATUS AND EACH TIME I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS HELD UP AT CUSTOMS AND SHOULD BE RESOLVED SOON. IT IS 4-16-12 AND STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AS PROMISED.

Here is a follow-up to my yesterday's post. I sent another e-mail, asking for a refund. Got the answer that they can't refund as their payment system doesn't work temporarily ! Furthermore they wrote I could expect the parcel(s) - I ordered one parcel only - and that the problem with customs has been solved! Customs? I thought it was the "auditing" of the post office ? I will e-mailing them again in 2 weeks.
In the meantime I still hope that one of the posters here can give me a reliable address for buying cigarettes on-line. Thanks guys !

I ordered cigarettes at BestCigarettesShop.com 4 different times and received them always within the estimated time. But then, my last order/payment on Sept 9, 2011 was stopped as well.I also received an e-mail that the authorities were "auditing" the post office. Why was there never any mention in the Ukraine newspaper ? Of course, it is bogus. In my opinion, they send the first orders very fast and without problems, and once they have you in their grip they keep your money and you never hear from them. In that famous e-mail regarding the "audits" they offered to refund your money - I am, like many of you, still today, end of January. Who know a really reliable on-line Company ?

I'm still waiting for my shipment of cigarettes that I ordered on 9/30/11 and today is 1/6/2012. They will not refund my money and now they won't even respond to my emails and no one answers the phone. This company is too muc of hit and miss, don't waste your money. Order from a more reputable company. BestCigarettesShop.com are thieves. I have my credit card trying to get back the money they charged me which was almost $350.00, no luck yet.

I have also had a problem with BestCigarettesShop.com. I have placed orders for past year and did not experience problem until recently. I placed an order on 9/30/2011 and am still waiting for the shipment today 12/23/2011. They keep telling me my order was held up because of their government post office. I spent almost $350 on my order and cannot get my money back. I'm hoping someday the cigarettes will show up, but have moved on and order from another company now.

You are over reacting.

You have not bothered to investigate properly as to why your parcel has not reached you.

Your claims on their customer care are false too. Their customer care is very quick and efficient.

I have ordered cigarettes from bestcigaretteshop many many times, and never once faced any trouble. Always delived on time, except one occasion when there was some delay.

Don’t fall for this scam. BestCigarettesShop.com is bunch of thieves. I placed my order in 9/26/2011. On 10/21/2011 I got an email stating that my order was stopped because of a post offices review, which is bunch of crap, and it will be shipped once that is over. Of course, they can’t say when that is. It’s been 3 months and I still have not heard anything from BestCigarettesShop.com about my order. I sent them numerous emails asking for a refund but no answer. I called the number provided on the scam site, sorry web site, but no one ever answers. I am contacting the fraud department for my credit card and reporting these thieves. I’ll ask them to investigate BestCigarettesShop.com for fraud because I’m not the only one in this position. I am also going to ask them to get my money back and go after BestCigarettesShop.com. They should be called ScamCigarettesShop.Thieves

I have to disagree with the previous posts. I placed my order of 6-cartoon Lucky Strike Original on May 4 and made payment on May 6, 2011. Total cost $118.56+$44 shipping. This is the second time I buy cigarette from BestCigarettesShop.com, so I received 5% discount. The shipment arrived yesterday, May 30. I'm pretty happy with their service. The reason that I didn't make payment immediately because I was aware of all these complaints and still pondering. I experienced the same thing as those posted here when I bought cigarette from www.cigarette-shop.biz the second time. I sent emails to them back and forth over ten times. Eventually, 2-carton Marlboro Red arrived nearly 5 months later. The shipment was 1-carton less than my original order because they told me they lost the shipment when they shipped the first time. We customers take the loss eventually. I thought I might take a chance with BestCigarettesShop.com the second time to see if they will do the same thing. If without receiving the shipment in 30 days, I would ask my credit issuer to dispute the payment. Luckily, I received the shipment on time as they promised. BestCigarettesShop.com did me a good job as they did the first time. So I will stick with them. These days, there are a lot of on-line cigarette shops. It is hard for us smokers to find which one is the reliable one. This is just my recent story. Maybe they changed for better. I don't know. I hope they will keep doing good service to everyone-the only way of growing business!

They are a scam. They said my order was lost in the mail too and that there was nothing they could do. I stopped payment on my credit card and told them that they we a scam

We ordered our cigarettes from bestcigarettesshop on May 27, received the entire package within 22 days, in good condition.

This vendor is reliable and the customer service is prompt and accurate.

Man I should have done a check on this company before placing an order with them. I placed an order may last week, I guess I'll never see the cigs...or the money...

I am going to report my credit card stolen and get it blocked.

Who knows what this rogue scammer bestcigarettesshop will do with credit card information. They can do anything.

I have MasterCard and would love to see this bestcigarettesshop scammer blacklisted.

Does MasterCard give customers an avenue to report fradulent resellers for blacklisting? Does anyone know?

Unfortunately there are a lot of scam site on the net, I had almost same experience before and was ripped off a few times by different stores. However it doesn't mean that all sites which sell Ukrainian cigarettes are cheaters. It is just the matter of luck and time to find a reliable one. I was lucky to find one reliable store www.your-cigs.com just because I have started to ask my co-workers and friends. My advice - never buy from an unknown store, always look for site reviews and real customers feedback.

The same thing is happening to me. I found a phone number which I called, but the lady barely spoke any English and was really hard to understand her. I asked her to contact the post office again, especially when my postman told me it only takes a day or two to find out what happened to a package and it's been 2 weeks since they said they would contact them. I'm sure they will not give me my money back.

I had placed an order with them about a year ago at the end of July and received it in about 40 days. So, on April 4th I placed another order. I have yet to receive anything. It has been about two months. In the past couple of weeks they have told me that they were waiting on a reply from their post office. At one point an employee told me some tracking numbers, but they ended up being for an order that was delivered almost two months before I even placed mine. I slightly went through the same thing with my original order but I eventually got them so I don't know. Starting about a week ago the Live Support would show as Online but then not connect me to anyone. I decided to have a friend try on his computer and they instantly connected him to someone. Then they didn't reply to any of my emails. Today I discovered that I was blocked from Live Support, with it simply showing up as Offline. I had a friend try on his computer again and it showed up as Online. He connected with a fake name and email and then he quit out. He then tried my name and email and it instantly told him that the department was unavailable. When I had him try my first name and a fake email it connected him to someone. He then asked about my order and the person said he couldn't help him at this time and disconnected. I called the phone number their site lists but it told me they were unavailable and so I left a message. My order was for $70, which I know may not seem like a major loss, but I regardless want to know of any suggestions to get my money back.

Unfortunately I went through the same thing if not worse. I ordered from their website in February (beginning of Feb). It’s almost June and I still haven’t received my cigarettes or the refund! I sent them several emails and got answer to all of them giving me different stories. I was told a month ago that my money will be refunded within a week. A month went by and nothing. I don’t understand how they can get away with this.
