I purchase two packets of white Ox every week I purchased 25g White Ox on Saturday at my local Woolworths gave to my partner and the tabacoo is not white Ox does not smell, taste like White Ox and just keeps going out. I'm not a happy customer considering I spend roughly $200 on white Ox every week. I love 1 hour drive to nearest place to get tabacoo.

White Ox product is a 25g packet

I bought a 25g packet or White Ox I am complaining about how much bark and it looks like wood to me I will send a photo just to prove how much to bark and stuff there is in there I've been a customer of White Ox for about 15 years now and I've only had to do this a couple of times my name is Gareth Owen my phone number is [protected] my address is 38 Maxwell Avenue South Grafton 2460 NSW

White Ox tobacco

My name is Zoe morris I am 28 years old and I have been a white ox smoker for 10 years and in that time I have never had this much bark in one pouch. It wouldn't bother me so much but I am paying more then 80 dollars a pouch and I buy 3 a fortnight so I am not happy with this. I would appreciate a replacement packet as I am a genuine and regular customer and have been for many years.
