Bellmore's Transportation reviews and complaints

We had arranged for Bellmore's Transportation to pick us up at Logan Airport and drive us home. We were told to call them after we had collected our luggage. Our flight was on time and we promptly collected our bags and then called Bellmore's. When we contacted them they seemed unfamiliar with our pickup but we were told that the driver was 10 minutes away and that we should go to the Limo pick up area in 10 minutes. After waiting the requisite time, we went to the Limousine pick up area and there were over thirty black cars waiting for their passengers. We called Bellmore's to ask how we should locate their car, and the dispatcher then told us that Bellmore's would not pick us up and told us that we should find out own way home. I expressed surprise at this turn of events and he hung up on us. We then called back and the dispatcher commenced screaming at us and hung up again. At that point we took a cab home. We will never us Bellmore's again due to their outrageous conduct and we urge others not to use them either so that you will not have to endure the outrageous treatment we received.
