Emeril pasta machine
I, too placed an order with this business for an Emeril Pasta Machine for $149.99+tax Sept./Oct. 2021. I was told it had shipped, but received no tracking info nor proof of any delivery by any service. I contacted Affirm asap through which my payments were to be handled in four installments. They are now sending me to collections.

Order not received - 2 chew brushes for dogs
I placed an order for 2 chews brushes for dogs on Sept 15, 2021. I was charged but never received the order. The order # is E369881. On 9-17-21 they sent me an email that it had shipped, but then on Oct 7, 21, they said it was delayed. I have never received the product. Now, the items are not on the website and when I try to email - the email comes back permanent failure.

Oct 3 2021 I ordered 72.26 worth of merchandise. I never received it. I called the number and no one picked up. I checked the online store and it is no longer available to view. I checked the reviews and found the store to be a scam. The order number is E3611042. If there is anything that can be done, I would be grateful. I worked hard for my money.

I ordered Crystal window wash, order# E3610089 back in Sept. 2021. My first email response was it was out of stock. All other follow up emails come back as undeliverable. Please check my order and get back to me.
Products not received
In early September 2021, I ordered two-toilet bowl lights from the below referenced company. Please see the order details that are also shown below. It's now November 18, 2021 and I haven not received the products.
I have called and e-mailed this company nine-times since September 2021 and no one responds to my messages. And, my latest e-mail message that I sent, today, to the company, bounced back to me as undeliverable.

Is this a legitimate company real or it a scam company?
I've never had a problem with an online order.

On October 10th, I ordered the 3-qt instant pot, and paid for it in 4 equal installments through Shop Pay.
I received notice on the 23rd of October that my order had been confirmed, but I still have not received an email saying that it had been shipped, with tracking number. I have sent several emails, and made several calls. None of my emails to asseenontvetc have been responded to, and no one answered any of the calls. In fact, the phone call was terminated twice.
I would like my money back ASAP. I do not know if this is a legitimate company.
