I purchased a Cozy Trike on line ($1, 945.04) & received a defective product with several problems: fork & bracket to front basket on backwards, brake cables unattached, no response in hand brakes, brake cables had no slack to allow fork to be turned without disassembling & re-assembling, sent bogus warranty with product. I paid $1, 945.04 for electric cozy trike on line that was sent improperly assembled: fork & bracket to front basket installed backwards, brake cables unattached so that hand brakes didn't work, brake cables too short & allowed no slack for fork to be turned front without disassembling, received bogus warranty with product.
