AceDepot.com reviews and complaints

I ordered printer from the website www.acedepot.com. I received completely different item, which didn’t look as on the picture and the functions weren’t the same. I called customer services and asked to change it, but they told me to pay for the return postage on my won. When I returned it, the seller didn’t contact me. After I finally reached him, he told me that my order was out of stock. He never offered any solutions. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.

Warning! Deal with them at your own risk!
Order placed, never shipped. Had to call in several times for tracking number. Then said they would ship a week later. Several weeks after cancelation still no refund. They come up with lies after lies.
There are good reviews on them as well & they have good prices, but if you are not lucky, you are up to a horrible experience, spending a lot of time & energy trying to get a refund.
