A Promotional Outlet reviews and complaints

I ordered product from this company in June 2011 and when my event was approaching and it had not arrived yet I called them to find out what was happening. They informed me that the product was not available and I did not have time to subsitute the product for it to arrive in time for my event. I cancelled the order, both by phone and by email, and was assured my credit card would be refunded for the full payment that was taken at the time of ordering. It is now 8 months later and after contacting them over 100 times I have not been issued any type of credit. They will no longer return my phone messages or respond to my emails. $1000.00 later and no accountability!

I would never recommend using this company to anyone. After placing an order three weeks out and being assured (up until the day before my event) that my product would arrive on time, it never arrived - the company said there was a problem with shipping from overseas. Okay, so these things happen. I figured I could just mail the party favors out after the event. Not ideal, but I could deal with it. What is worse is that it is now over 4 weeks past my event, and I still have no party favors. I also have no information whatsoever on the status of my order or expected shipping despite multiple emails and calls to the company. The company has been completely unresponsive. When I get an email response, it is that they wll call me soon - a week passes, and I never hear anything more. They charged my credit card the day I placed the order too (7 weeks ago at this point), not when the product was produced and ready to be shipped out. I still don't know if it will ever arrive. After weeks of frustration, I emmailed today to cancel my order - we'll see how long it takes to get it. I highly recommend you go with a different company for your promotional product needs!
