The buyer wants a refund for money I never received. Said that his offer was for FREE shipping as the ad was showing. FYI, I never mentioned this in my ad. I always charge for shipping. Now, he said that if Reverb was to refund his money, that he would make an other offer with shipping cost included with his offer. So I need to know what is Reverb going to do with this case?
