I received my £250 order and 70% of the items were mis-sized dispite checking their sizing of each item on the website before ordering based on their measurements. The items when measured were between 2 and at the most 5 whole inches off of the dimensions given. One dress had every single hem stitched on the outside of the garment, rather than on the reverse, so you could see all the stitching, threads and seams!

Claimed loss: £175

Desired outcome: refund - I have no faith in the sizing or quality of further goods from this company
