Fraud- Shelia the coordinator set up a sponsorship/scholarship for the 14 extra days they needed to arrange discharge. Now they're trying to bill me for it. Erin Coulter was admitted to a 30-day treatment program that I paid for in full and have the receipt. They kept her there for an additional 14 days because the patient care coordinators didn't arrange discharge on time. Shelia, who is the supervisor of the patient care coordinators, arranged the sponsorship/scholarship for those 14 days. The billing department keeps calling and bothering me for this money. I told Tony Anthony in the billing department about the arrangement made by Shelia and to talk to her or Alexa or Caitlin, but he just laughed and kept asking me for money. I asked him multiple times to contact this department to confirm this information, but instead, he just emailed me the bill. This is fraud. You don't sponsor payment for a patient and then ask the family for the money. Someone needs to investigate what's happening in this facility and where all this extra money they're trying to get in a fraudulent way is going.
