Retail Merchants Association I tried to close an account with Dashlane.com, but they ain't responding and keep charging us every January for automatic renewal

I tried to close an account with Dashlane.com, but they ain't responding and keep charging us every January for automatic renewal. The phone number they gave us, *** (from Capital One credit card), says the mailbox is full and they ain't calling back no more. They told us to send an email to ***@dashlance.com, which is where we sent our request to close the account on 1/3. Funny enough, that's the same day as the renewal (weird, huh?). I reckon they got mad 'cause I disputed the charge back in 2020, but that's just my guess. Can y'all help me close this account? I reckon they owe me two payments of $59.99 each.
