Resurgent Capital Services (RCS) identified debt as belonging to one Kevin WILLIANSON (note: that's not how my name is spelled) at 1872 Fletcher Rd, Jacksonville, FL [protected]. RCS stated in their letter that the debt acquired by LVNV Funding LLC was from the original creditor Viasat, Inc. (account # *4641).

I do not have any responsibility for the debt they are trying to collect. Specifically,

1. I have neither resided in the state of FL, or at the address they provided.

2. Upon investigation, the above address is a vacant commercial lot that I have no association with.

3. I have never done business with, never entered into any business agreement, signed no contract with, and never had an account with Viasat.

I am not the person responsible for the debt RCS is attempting to collect. RCS has provided no verification or documentation of any kind to back up their claim of my owing money to Viasat, LVNV Funding LLC, or RCS. For example, RCS has provided no verification and documentation that there is a valid basis for claiming that I, NOT Kevin WILLIANSON living in the afore mentioned vacant lot, am required to pay debt to the current creditor. RCS has not provided a copy of the written agreement that created my original requirement to pay, or a copy of the last billing statement sent to me by the original creditor.

THEIR ATTEMPT TO COLLECT MONEY FROM ME IS CLEARLY FRAUDULENT.

Desired outcome: RCS drown in your own phlegm!
