reservationdesk.com kept almost $4000 after we booked a refundable reservation, claiming we booked a non-refundable one. We even asked if we could have a future credit, and they refused. A total scam - BEWARE. I hope that the BBB gets involved to protect consumers from this company. They promised to resolve their 'error' and then wrote us saying, too bad, sorry, those are the rules - they are the ones who made the error with the booking! A SCAM
