I was told a deliberate lie about hotel amenities. Despite the lie was recorded, I got no redress and was only reminded about the no refund policy. This therefore suggests an agent can trick or lie to you and the no refund policy will apply. So be warned. I have learned my lesson and ReservationDesk just kissed a customer, his family and friends goodbye.
