I recently paid for a dissertation proposal at a master level from Research Prospect. I was impressed by the free samples on their website, so I decided to pay for an A mark. The price was ?60 after the 25% discount was applied (see below for the receipt). However, I was extremely disappointed when I received the proposal. The first draft contained lines that were taken directly from another source available online, which would have gotten me kicked out of my university. Additionally, there were many repetitions, and the level of writing was very low.

I asked for some changes to be made, but the result was even worse. The writer shamelessly changed only two words in the title to "Trauma in childhood is rated through evils committed against children." When I complained again, the consultant offered me a new writer, but I had to do the work and highlight everything that was wrong, which I had already done. The consultant asked for my final deadline, but then changed her attitude and became very unpleasant. She automatically refused to refund my money.

At 6pm, I had to contact them to ask for the proposal, to which she replied: "see writer response: Here is the writer's response, I omitted the most appropriate words in the lines you highlighted saying they were not found in French. You are not eligible for a refund, dear." This was not true, and the company knew it because I asked them to read it. When I asked for a refund, I received a very condescending response that started with "You are not eligible for a refund, dear. The writer has completed the proposal based on your initial requirements. He also revised the proposal a couple of times. We can offer you a discount on your next purchase with us to make it up for the inconvenience. Or, you can get back to us anytime with the supervisor's feedback. The writer will revise the paper accordingly. Thank you for your understanding."
