I rented a storage unit from Republic Storage of Idaho and paid for two months in advance

I rented a storage unit from Republic Storage of Idaho and paid for two months in advance. But the manager accused me of stealing from the unit and locked me out. They won't give me my stuff back or let me talk to them. I lost my money and my belongings. The manager is rude and won't listen to me. I had to rent another unit somewhere else because of her. It's not fair and I'm really upset.

I went to Republic Storage in Caldwell to rent an RV space for the winter

I went to Republic Storage in Caldwell to rent an RV space for the winter. Unfortunately, the space was too small because the tenant next to me parked their camper crooked. The manager came by and asked if we hit his building, which we did not. We were unable to fit our RV into the spot, so I went to the office to cancel my rental. The office manager said that corporate would not like that I canceled so soon and refused to give me my money back for the month. I never occupied the space and it was not appropriate for my needs.
