I have NEVER had issues renting an apart until just recently. I was denied by an apartment based on “severely late payments” however when I ordered report all I saw was green which indicates on time payments. Also it says Meets Requirements in all fields but yet I was denied. Apparently a lot of apartments use Rentgrow and I don’t want to continue to lose money on application and administrative fees based on incorrect information. I need help to resolve this issue ASAP!
Claimed loss: Hundreds of dollars in application and administrative fees had to go month to month at current apartment and I have to move by the end of the month.
Desired outcome: I need erroneous information removed from my file As soon as possible!
