All I can say is thank god for RPM Gold and the Property Shield Platinum program they offer. I worked with Cheryl on renting out my home in the Ranch Estates in Lusby after being relocated from PAX to NAS in San Diego. They found a tenant that checked all the boxes (good credit, steady contracting job on base good income, no red flags) the tenant moved in and all was good for over a year into a 2 year lease. Then suddenly the tenant stopped paying rent. RPM Gold Tammy and Rose reached out to the tenant and after a lot of hard work discovered that the tenant lost his job on base and had alot of personal issues going on. They quickly filed court paperwork for non payment of rent, constantly communicated with the tenant, and kept me in the loop on the progress. After 3 months of not paying and several in progress court filing RPM negotiated with the tenant on my behalf to vacate without the need to complete an expensive physical eviction. After move out there was some moderate damage to the home and I was out nearly 4 months worth of rent. This is where the property shield was valuable. The platinum package covered most of the unpaid rent and nearly 5k worth of repairs. So I ended up being made whole on this whole ordeal which was about $14,000 worth of coverage! Cheryl re-rented the home and now all is rolling again fine again. The staff responds quickly to all my questions, repairs are completed quickly, and they are overall good people local to SOMD who care about you and your property.

I have a property in Waldorf, Maryland - Real Property Management Gold is the Management Team I use to assist with managing the property. They are truly not supporting me in any way to ensure the tenant is paying rent on time as well as assisting with being able to get in the property to address any service issues as well as being able to show the property to sale, etc. It is very frustrating that this company can take my money and not support me in any way. I have spoken with employees in this office and when they do not want to assist, they just hang up the phone and not answer any additional calls I make to them. They have shown me that they do not care about homeowners. DO NOT USE THEM!

Don't use this company. They ain't helpful to the owner and the at when it comes to move out inspections and security deposit dispositions. While quick to request funds for repairs on behalf of the tenant they don't the same for the owner. Due diligence ain't done when work is completed by their contractors and outside contractors.

Great customer service, super convenient and helpful. We had some repairs that needed to be taken care of, but we kept having scheduling conflicts on our end. However, they were really patient and stayed in constant communication with me to get us scheduled for the repairs. Gail Carter is the person I spoke with when rescheduling our appointments, and she was really nice and friendly, which made a big difference. I would totally recommend them, 10/10!

We had a great experience with Real Property Gold. Gail has been a huge help. She's really good at customer service and has helped us with things we didn't notice. She's also helped us finish projects while we were away. She's always open to our ideas and listens to our feedback. Because of her, we trust that our house is being taken care of.

My name is Brent D and I started using RPM in early 2020. So far, my experience has been really good. They do home inspections every three months like they said they would. They also keep me updated on any repairs that need to be done, and I always get my monthly payments on time. Whenever I email or call, I can talk to someone from the company pretty quickly. I think anyone who needs a property management company should at least call RPM. I hope this message helps anyone who wants to use their services.

This Rental Management Company only takes care of homeowners, not renters. I lived in a rental house from them and reported a circuit-breaker that had tripped and wouldn't reset. It was in my daughter's bedroom, which had only a TV, playstation, and fan. The person who came for maintenance said I had overloaded the system, and the rental company charged me 150 dollars for the visit, blaming me. I also had undisclosed flooding problems in the basement, which ruined many of my belongings. They claimed to fix it, but even a year later, I still had frogs floating in the basement windows whenever it rained heavily. This made it hazardous for my young child on the way, so I had to leave. I informed them 66 days in advance that I would be breaking my lease. I cleaned up thoroughly, and they were able to rent the place again in less than 2 weeks after I left. But then, 2 weeks later, I received a bill for 6,950 dollars for breaking my lease. That's just unfair. I understand them keeping the 1,800 dollar deposit, but the rest is simply unacceptable.
