Remanufactured.com review: never shipped engine

I ordered a 1993 6.5 Turbo Diesel L65 Truck longblk vin F w/Ho from remanufactured.com, the Engine Center on January 30th. The company said that they had the engine and would ship the engine to me with in 7-10 business days as soon as they received a copy of the check I was paying with. That same day, Jan. 30th, 2012 I sent a faxed copy of my check and was informed that they would not cash the check until the engine was shipped. On Feb. 9th, 2012 I called the company and asked where the engine was and they said that it had not shipped yet because they had been waiting on parts that just came in and that the engine was scheduled to ship on Feb. 10 2012 and that I should have it within 2-3 days. I did not receive the engine. After not receiving the engine I tried to contact the company and did not hear back from them. I had many unreturned phone calls and numerous excuses as to why the engine had not shipped yet. On Feb. 15th I canceled my order and requested a refund in the full amount of $4, 280.00. The company cashed my faxed check in the amount of $4, 280.00 on Jan. 30th 2012 even though they had stated that they would not until the engine had shipped. As of today's date I have not received a refund.
