paid $23, 800 for 90 day program for my addicted daughter. The company closed its doors still owing me 60 days of service or approx. $12, 000.00. Rumor has it, after filing bankruptcy, they have opened under another name. What is my recourse. Please help!

I received a disturbing letter tonight, 10-18-10 from my son, Myron Moton DM8775, and a phone call from one of the inmates in the prison stating that my son was being forced to live in unsanitized conditions! Company is full of lies and un-fulfilled promises. They told me they could take care of my court matters and only made thing worse. I have evidence to this regard.

This place is nothing but a scam. They do not care about the people - they care about the money. They made me numerous promises - including making sure my dui classes would be taken cae of - then tried to make me mandated by the court to HAVE to be there, when I signed up voluntarily! They have made my life hell, and finally I realized what they were doing...
