Palm Partners review: They are unresponsive

We hired them, they immediately put a tarp on our roof at a cost of $10,000.00! for a tarp and a couple of sandbags! It was a $1000.00 job. It then took them 8 months to get the same money I could have gotten in 1. They never return phone calls, they kept partial payments for months instead of disbursing them to us. Think of them as a contractor who actually does nothing. I would have put Zero stars if I could. And then my insurance went up 100% (yes doubled)
