reddi industries inc came to fix our sprinkler system which had lots of problems jeff was the guy who came out he fixed everything in under an hour and it was super cheap he was really honest and gave us some tips to keep it working good

I called Reddi Industries on 2/3/22 'cause I had no water. It was cold 'cause it snowed the day before. I let my water run at night and had water in the morning but not at noon. I told Reddi that I didn't know what the problem was. A plumber named Ryan came out at 3:45pm. He was nice but ran a big heater blower in my garage for almost an hour and nothing happened. He said it usually doesn't take more than 45 minutes even under a mobile home. I said I thought something else was wrong and asked if it could be an issue with the city meter. He said no, if that were the case, my neighbors would be having problems. He never looked at the meter or came into my home to check anything. He pushed me to continue with the heater even though I was hesitant. After another hour, the heater ran out of fuel and he was gone for about 30 minutes getting more fuel. I said again that I didn't think this was the problem. He insisted that it was. After another 30 minutes or so, he said he would stop the charges and let the heater run while he went to his brother's house in town and come back later. By 7:30 pm, I called him and said that this was crazy and to stop; that this was definitely not the issue. I still did not have water. The next day, I called the city of *** again & workers came out to check. They immediately saw that someone shoveling snow the day before had hit the water meter lid and broke the seal. Inside, the meter had frozen with snow/ice all around it. They changed out the meter & within 10 minutes, I had water again. Reddi Industries is charging me $*** for Ryan's time. However, I still did not have water nor was the problem diagnosed. I have attempted contact with "Suzie" to resolve the issue: 2-4-22, 2x 2-7-22, 2-10-22, and 2-16-22. I am willing to pay *** for service call, but not ***.
