Redbubbleorder hasn't arrived

I ordered a wall tapestry and some cards from Redbubble about a month ago. The cards arrived on time and I got an email that said that the wall tapestry arrived too, this was however not the case and in my confirmation email it said that it should've arrived by now. I have no idea how to contact RB about this because the website, for me, is very unclear. I couldn't find a customer service email address anywhere and I already paid for my product.
