I was pretty bummed out when I got my SDS hammer drill from Red Tool Store. I saw it advertised online with a hard case, but when it arrived, it was just in a lame contractor bag. Not cool, man. I mean, I still got the drill and it works fine, but I was really looking forward to having that hard case to keep it safe and sound. It's like false advertising or something. I don't know if I'll shop with Red Tool Store again after this. It's just not cool to promise one thing and then deliver something else.

So, I was really excited to get my hands on some Milwaukee cordless tools from Red Tool Store. I placed my order on August 4th, 2021 and eagerly awaited their arrival. But, unfortunately, I never received my products. To make matters worse, the email receipt I got said that my order was coming all the way from China! I mean, come on, that's a long way to go for some tools.

I was pretty upset about the whole situation, so I decided to file a dispute claim with PayPal. I'm still waiting for a resolution, but I'm hopeful that things will work out in the end. It's just frustrating that I had to go through all of this trouble in the first place.

Overall, I'm not too impressed with Red Tool Store. I mean, if they're going to be shipping products from China, they should at least let their customers know beforehand. And, of course, it would be nice if they actually delivered the products that were ordered. Hopefully, they can get their act together and improve their service in the future.

However, when we checked the tracking information, it said that the item was delivered in our mailbox. Now, we don't know about you, but a chainsaw is definitely not going to fit in our mailbox! In conclusion, we would not recommend Red Tool Store based on our personal experience. It's a shame because we were really looking forward to using our new chainsaw, but unfortunately, it looks like that won't be happening anytime soon.

I went ahead and made the purchase, but unfortunately, I never heard back from them. I was starting to get worried, but thankfully PayPal was able to get a tracking number for me. The package ended up weighing 5.4 lbs and was sent to a completely different address! I tried to contact them through email, but it was undeliverable. I couldn't find a phone number anywhere either. It's safe to say that this was a complete scam and I would not recommend buying from them. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your tool needs.
