I put down a ?25 deposit for driving lessons with BillPlant.co.uk. The driving instructor I was assigned to never got back to me with a date for my first lesson. He just kept saying he would give me a date. I got tired of waiting and decided to go with a more professional driver instead. I asked for a refund 10 weeks ago, but Bill Plant is still stalling and hasn't refunded me yet. Every time I email them, they come up with another excuse for why they haven't done it. The customer service is absolutely shocking! I strongly advise against using Mohammed from Slough as your driving instructor.

Instructor Mostafa, man, he straight up ignored me, and the same goes for the company, you know? Like, I reached out to this dude, asking if we had any lessons lined up for the week, and guess what? No response. Not a single word. And get this, I heard through the grapevine that he's already making excuses about the time I texted him. Seriously? Can't even respond the next day or something?

I've already spent a solid 18 hours with this guy, and let me tell you, it ain't been smooth sailing. What Mostafa should've done, and I mean, it's just common courtesy, is shoot me a text saying he wants to cancel any future lessons. That way, I could've moved on and found a new instructor or company, you know? But nah, he just wasted my precious time when I got a test coming up in April.

So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and contacted the company directly. I sent them an email through their info address on 26/01/22, and then filled out their web contact form on 27/01/22. And guess what? They straight up ignored me too. Can you believe it? All I wanted was a simple response, a new instructor, and for them to acknowledge that Mostafa messed up big time (I even had evidence of our text exchange, man).

But nope, nothing. Nada. Zilch. They didn't even bother to acknowledge my existence. It's like I'm invisible or something. And let me tell you, that ain't cool. I mean, I'm just a regular person trying to learn how to drive, you know? Is it too much to ask for a little respect and communication?

So, here I am, stuck in limbo, not knowing what the heck is going on. It's frustrating, man. I just want to get my license and move on with my life. But thanks to BillPlant.co.uk and their lackluster customer service, I'm stuck in this never-ending loop of disappointment and unanswered messages.

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy, let alone a friend. They clearly don't care about their customers, and that's a major red flag.
