Rebath in Milledgeville, Georgia, remodeled my shower. I was told there was a lifetime warranty. That was the primary reason I was comfortable going ahead with them. Recently, the hot water pipe in the wall burst. In the process of opening the area to see the Plumbing, we found that the drip pan, also called the flange, had been cut out to fit around the piping. Water has been leaking through cutout. When I called Rebath, they told me the warranty does not cover a closed franchise.

Claimed loss: entire shower and drywall needs to be taken out and replaced

Desired outcome: would like payment to cover cost of replacing the shower. Estimate is $15,000.
