We love our new walk in shower. Bath Planet provided *** Superior Quality Product, and first rate service men who knew what they were doing. Every step of the process was seamless. And, as quoted the project was done in one day. One of the best things I like about Bath Planet was that had many options from the lower cost product to the high end product and gave us the best option. You get what you pay for and Bath Planet certainly gave us a high quality product at a reasonable price with excellent customer service throughout the process. Well Done!

My wife and I are happy with our new shower. It looks so luxurious. The installation was done with in 5 hours. The technicians were so professional and very respectful to my family and I. Our experience with them was unbelievably fantastic! We highly recommended Bath Planet to our family and friends. Thier is not enough words to describe. The fantastic job done by Bath Planet. A word to the wise. It's a must to ask for *** and his crew. To do your new shower installation. Bath Planet don't ever change your installers. Especially don't ever change your fantastic service.

This was one of the best remodeling jobs, Ive ever had done. I was told one day, it didnt even take that. They arrived at 9:00 am and were done by 1:30 pm. They were very respectful, pleasant and clean with all their work. Everything went without any problems. I have shown my walk in shower to family and friends. Ive had nothing but complements on my new shower. I would recommend Bath Planet to anyone looking to get a new tub or shower. Love it, its so easy just stepping in and out, especially since I had my knee surgery. If you are looking for a remodel call Bath Planet.

We have had a lot of contractors come through our house this year and none of them can compare to Bath Plant and the gentlemen they sent to install our new shower. This company has stayed in contact with us. We knew exactly when everything was going to happen and it happen when they said it would. The gentlemen they sent to install was the most pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable person we had dealt with. He communicated every step of way with my husband. He cleaned up after himself. My shower, OMG is beautiful. Thank you for making this experience stress free. I have already recommended people to this company.

I love my new shower! I am handicapped and this shower is so easy to get into. The work was done in only one day, I just could not believe how great it came out. We had such a nice young man come out to tell us about the product, no pressure to sign a contract, and the price was great.The installer came out---on time and he started at 8am and was finished by 4:30. He did a wonderful job, I am so proud of my new shower - I show everyone that comes to visit.Thanks, Bath Planet, for being such a great company, and the desire you have to do outstanding work and you really make sure that we are happy with everything.

When the installer first came in, he wiped his feet, took his shoes off and ran a drop cloth from my front doorway to the bathroom where he started to work. We were so impressed by his consideration of my home and the efficient way that he installed my shower wall up to the ceiling. He also cleaned up any and all debris that came from the installation. I was very satisfied. I love the silicone that he used to edge the shower wall perfectly. Now we do not have to worry about mold and staining in that area. He instructed us to wait 24 hours before attempting to use the shower. We waited 42 hours so that it could set better. We will be referring your services to my friends and family as well.

Planet *** I ever seen took our $950 Down payment and would not give it back after my wife got lung cancer and had to have surgery so we could not afford it. So we canceled the shower to be put in the after talking to three people we got a person who said he was Vice President told him what was going on and he just started laughing and said we was not going to get back our down payment and we had to have it put in and told him he was making my wife cry he just laugh again worst people I ever delt with they think just because we are older they push us around I do sales and have never treated a customer like that word from me stay away from them

We had a great experience with Bath Planet, everything from the initial free estimate where the sales person stayed until he was able to assure us of the process and product. We had an add-on with a new glass block window which we noticed in the sales brochure and mentioned we liked that and our sales person said, we can do that. So we contracted for that as well and it looks great!. The installers for the bath to shower conversion were very polite, efficient and cleaned up after like they were never even here. They also took time to explain everything and if they happen to have a question during the process they would ask our preference instead of just assuming. Highly recommend Bath Planet to anyone considering a remodel!

The professionals who installed my walk-in-bath tub deserve a 5 star rating. The product itself is 5 star. These men showed up right on time. They covered the carpet to keep it from getting dirty. They removed the old tub and did a flawless job in installing the new walk-in-bath tub. When they completed the job, they went over the operation of the tub with me and explained everything in detail. They also explained the maintenance and cleaning procedures of the tub and on what soaps to use and what not to use that is abrasive. Upon completion of the installation, all three of the gentlemen cleaned up the working area and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. I would recommend these men and your products to anyone. They and Bath Planet left me 110% satisfied.

Bath Planet delivered exactly what they promised and more. The installer arrived on time and got to work immediately. The old bath tub and surround came out and the entire area was cleaned and prepped for the new shower. The installer pointed out the existing plumbing and explained what he was going to do to install the new unit. Everything was precision fitted to the space and the preparation behind the shower walls was impressive. It took most of the day to finish the work and the installer cleaned up all construction debris. The finished product is sturdy and beautiful, much better than big box store products. While my initial thoughts were that this is a pricey improvement, you really do get quality, an outstanding warranty, and expert installation by a professional. I am completely satisfied with Bath Planet and recommend them for any bath improvements.

Horrible customer service. I feel as if I been lied to. About 6 years ago I purchased new tub/shower install and was promised lifetime guarantee on the caulking. Meaning should it ever yellow or crack that they would come out and recaulk as well as if any fixture (shelf) falls off, they would fix. I call to get the caulking redone and to get my shelf reattached and was told by *** that this lifetime is only good for 5 years. No where in my paperwork does it state 5 years. I also verbally verified with installation tech and sales rep when I bought tub that they will in fact repair anything to do with the tub for life meaning my lifetime. I do like the tub and the quality of it but for the price that I paid $4000, I could have gone somewhere else to get crappy customer service and only paid half instead. I would urge others to reconsider going to somewhere else due to the dishonesty.

My husband is terminally ill. Im a recent cancer patient. We needed two showers converted to more elderly friendly configurations. Salesman came and stayed 3 hours. Way too Long. Then he demanded a deposit of $15,000 and harassed me until i signed a conditional contract subject to bank trust approval. (bank rejected it as overpriced) i was repeatedly asked about my personal finances and about my husbands health when the cash would be available etc. it was invasive and coercive. To me it was invasive and felt like elder abuse. I contacted the company immediately to Tell them what happened and that i would not do Business with them. Still waiting for apology and written voiding of the contract If you like high pressure sales techniques being trapped in way too long sales presentations , being asked for personal information irrelevant to the transaction and a determination to get your cash asap then this company is for you!

I said upfront that I was just getting estimates on a few possible projects for my home, and not making any decisions yet, but was offered senior and military discounts if I signed a contract that day. Regular price was good for only 30 days, and contained no discounts. Was provided no photo for my files of what it would look like or itemized list of the work that would be done, just the salesman's notes to which I added my own, including explanatory notes to what he wrote down. Then, to top it off, I received an e-mail 4 days later from the company that they had posted a response to my review - a review that I did not write, and that was probably submitted by the salesman (I remember him flipping through his tablet out of my eyesight and saying things like so, was I professional? while I just sat there looking at him.) I requested that they delete the review because I did not write it, and decided to post this review here instead so that others will know what they might be in for."

We came across Bath Planet at a local home show. Scheduled a free estimate. We thought they were quite pricey and intended to get other estimates but decided to just get it done. They showed us what the finished project would look like once we chose the color we wanted, that was helpful and they were able to offer financing. We received a text that they would install between 7-9 a.m so we set our alarm for 6 a.m so we'd be awake, the installer didn't show up until 9:15. we expected two installers but *** handled it well alone. He was very respectful of our unit & the common area (we live in a condo). He was slow, didn't finish until 6:30 pm but he was thorough & did a good job. The shower doors arrived without rollers on them so he had to come back again to install them but it only took 10 minutes. I had read reviews of others having issues with the shower draining so I was concerned but we've been using it without any issues. I still feel like we might have gotten a better price elsewhere but the convenience was what pushed us to do it.

Horrible customer service. We had to put our remodeling on hold due to to Covid, we tried to cancel but of course we couldn't because according to them they had the parts and we had paid a down payment which we would lose and on top of the down payment they said we would still owe money! Mind you we paid them $3000! So just on Jan 20 of this year we decided to move on with the project. Installation was done and I signed for them to charge *** Fargo Credit card. The next day they called my husband stating that something was wrong with the credit card and threatening to put a lien on the house! Mind you this was just the next day of the installation! Now I wasn't aware that the CC was closed due to inactivity so I asked what can I do? They said reapply. I asked can I do it online they said it has to be paper so they express mailed an application that came 5 days later! By time I got it they had already sent a threatening letter! I called and told them I just got the letter on Friday! Which they had sent it last Friday. I sent it on Wednesday (yesterday)back to them and they received it this morning and it was approved. Now I get home and there is ANOTHER THREATENING LETTER! These people need to work on customer service! .I work in a company that also would like payment on the same day were services are rendered but WE DO UNDERSTAND sometimes there are unusual circumstances that happen! And we are nothing like Bath Planet how in less than a week there are threatening letters sent!

Ordered new shower with them, then they said they couldn't do what we wanted so we cancelled order. They are ignoring us about our $2000.00 refund for down payment

Bath Planet was supposed to install a new shower stall and fix floor around the stall that was water damaged because of a hidden water leak.. Iwrote them a check for $5,450 on No 26 2021. They came about 3 weeks later and removed existing shower and replaced with same size shower. They done nothing since except to install glass in March 2022. There has been many phone calls and promises to no avail. I also wrote a check for $5,450 on their promise to finish work. Which was my big mistake. Still more promises. I am 88 and do not have finances to throw away. I am trying to download pictures and texts that will tell their own story. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

4/10 & 6/10 We signed a contract with Bath Planet located in Springfield, Il. Paid $5000 1/2 of cost with balance on completion. On 5/12 the bracket that held the hand held wand came out of the wall. Called [protected] and spoke to someone about this as I have a limited lifetime manufacturer product & workmanship warranty. I have learned this business was bought out by the company in Chicago but they did not buy the contracts from this company. They will repair but will cost over $100. Called previous owner who has retired he was on vac but will call me next week but probably won't get a call. Paid 10,000 for shower I expect a repair with no charge. I had a bath tub liner placed 09-23-2016. Price paid $2223.00. The time of sale I was told lifetime warranty and caulk will never mold. I also was not informed that I would get water underneath the liner. I have had them come out multiple times at which they wanted to charge a service call. I was then told well since we didnt do a full shower liner you would get large amount of water under the liner.Return calls from company takes over a week when the woman who takes the message says 24 to 48 hours. I have listened to instructions from company about what products to use to clean the liner but that doesnt matter for when your showering on what feels like a water bed. The sales men tell you anything to buy but when it comes down to service to bad. Your told to pay more or there is nothing we can do and your lifetime warranty is up. I am very disappointed in this product and lies.

I had a bathroom tub installed 7. When placing this order I was told the grout would never mold. The grout discolors every couple months and I clean our shower everyday. We have had a repairman come to replace the grout over and over again. The faucet is shaky, you can literally take it off the wall, we had someone come out and fix it and it still does it. Bath Planet, specifically Dennis, says they do not have my contract anymore. They went paperless is what he says when I asked him to find and look at my contract. When I called to have them come for a service call they could not find us and claimed my contract was not there. Dennis claims to be the owner which I found out he is not. He said that there would be a $75 service see for someone to come to the house to look at the bathroom. WE WERE TOLD IT WAS A LIFETIME WARRANTY. This was told to me by the salesman and on promotional flyers that come out, but we are still being charged a service fee. I want my money back.

June 22, *** shower...would not install the hand held shower head I wanted Had to pay $75 to get it installed It was installed on July 3 I paid $5000 deposit on installation of walk in shower on May 13 and balance of $6500 on June 22 I paid a total of $11,500 for the installation of the walk in shower. I asked to have handicap grab bar on the wall before installation put on new walk in shower. They took the grab bar with them when they left and did not install it on back wall as requested. They installed a new grab bar on side wall but did not install the one to back wall and took it with them so I couldn't get it installed by anyone else. I would like to resolve these issues. I need a grab bar installed on back wall at no charge since they took mine with them without permission. I need a refund of the $75 paid to get the hand held shower head installed later by someone else. They need to make it right since they didn't do it right

March 17th we had Bath Planet of Chicagoland remove and replace our bathtub and surrounding walls. We were able to take a shower the next evening, 18th. We found the pitch of the tub floor very steep to the point where with wet feet we almost slip and fall. We need to hold the grab bars while showering. I contacted BPC on the 19th about this. Their first comment was that's just how the tub is made and they haven't had any complaints. The rep I spoke to said he would talk to his superior. After a few calls back and forth they ask to provide pictures after I told them I had measured a pitch of 2". I emailed those. They had the rep come out and try standing in the tub and he took pictures. He quickly commented that the manufacture wouldn't do anything, it was in their variance. A week later he called back and said they wouldn't do anything to resolve it. My wife and I are both uneasy taking a shower, my wife nearly falling once. We are using a mat at this time but shouldn't have to.

On Tuesday, January 25th, 2022, I signed off on a contract to work with Bath Planet. The total amount of this project was $11,220. The took a $3,220 deposit, ran on Wednesday, January 26th, 2022. I was aware that I could cancel in 3 business days to receive a FULL refund. After the 3 days I would be subject to pay costs of material. That weekend, I spoke with a few people that informed me the price was outrageous for the project I was getting done and decided I'd call Monday, January 31st, 2022 at 9am right away to cancel. I called 3 times that morning leaving a message for *** the sales manager, to call me back. On the 3rd call I demanded he was put on the phone as I've left messages and this was a very time sensitive manner. After speaking to *** he stated he would call the production plant to see if materials for my project were already started. If they were I would have to pay 25% of my total project, equating to $2801. He told me I would hear back from him that afternoon. I never heard back until the following day Tuesday, February at 5:30pm. He proceeded to finally inform me that my project had started and I'd be responsible for the material. I said I would pay for the material and asked when I would receive it. *** told me that do not give the material to me. This was not okay. If I'm paying for something I should receive it and none of that was written into the contract. He then told me that if I paid 50% id receive ALL the material. I asked him for a list of what the material consists of on Wednesday, February 2nd at 9am. I am writing this complaint on Monday, February 7th, 2022 and still have not heard back. The way this is being handled is horrible. They are not being responsive and I do not trust this company. I want my full deposit of $3,220 refunded to me and to move on from this. I am writing this from a work computer so cannot attach the contract. Happy to be contacted to forward it to the person in charge of handling.

From the beginning we were lied to salesman came didnt have any samples just pictures told us it was a big job two men were gonna handle it all day long had to remove everything out of the bathroom. did that a 21 year-old kid came finished the job in six hours the caulking was terrible the drain was crooked couldnt get water from the Spicket at all we had to have a plumber come because of the smell and have someone undo the showerhead because we couldnt get any water so we have a plumbing *** and they took a rainmaker showerhead and put in a five dollar shower head in for us this was over $14,000. Had the salesman come back and said it was a terrible terrible job took pictures and they decided to put a whole new shower in for us. the kid said that if I didnt like the caulking job he handed me a whole thing of caulk and said you can slap some more on it if you want so we contacted them and They decided to put a whole new shower install with a $1500 credit their exact words! also told us that they were going to send a guy that had worked for him for years and it would be done properly. A guy showed up that had worked for them a month, he had been doing this kind of work for a year. He also said it was a terrible job but he didnt have any of the supplies that was supposed to be put in for a new shower all he had was walls no new showerhead no new shelf he didnt know if he could even take the ones out and save the one that was there. We called them and they fought over and fight over it *** and *** both had to get on the phone and all they did was make excuses up for each other saying it wasnt what I expected it wasnt my expectations this is what they were decided to do this was not a new shower install this was slapping another thing over the walls and being done no supplies were with the gentleman that was supposed to do it *** was his name and he said it was a terrible terrible job c*** everywhere the drain was full silicone. We sent them away.
