On Wednesday Oct 28th I entered room 108 . First glance looked good. Went in bathroom and what looked like a black widow spider was in corner of shower. I took care of it. Next found out heater couldn't be adjusted. Than turned on light next to bed and starting finding dead bugs everywhere. When I told them about it they said they would have to tell housekeeping about it.

Claimed loss: Loss of sleep and cleaniness.
