I love your product, but feel for the price it cost to purchase it is not very beneficial price wise for me to continue to buy. I feel I'm not getting my money's worth. The cardboard roller is too big and too short. I believe if you increase the toilet paper by another 100 sheets or by making the cardboard roller longer (thus, forcing you to make bigger sheets) and make the width of the roller smaller you would have a greater positive customer service base thus increasing your profits. I personally would continue to buy your product if you would make these changes---otherwise I will not be making anymore purchases of your product.

The last 6 Mega Roll package of Quilted Northern, was a bit different than any others When I was putting the product away I shocked and surprised when one of the rolls was smaller than the others. It is wrinkly and had been squashed It looks like it is the end of a run or perhaps shortened in some other way. As a senior citizen I hope you can make this right on some way. I would truly appreciate it
I'm enclosing some pictures of the rolls
    Thank You
