I purchased a QVI Bronze membership from QNET more than 7 years ago. I never activated or used the membership at all. Recently, I contacted the company asking for a reactivation or refund (even partial), but my request was fully rejected.
I was never informed of an expiration date, and I find it extremely unfair that my money was taken without receiving any service in return. I am asking QNET to review my case and offer compensation, even partially.
