Got the full body cleanse from Dherbs Inc. When I opened it up and started sorting the pills, I saw a hair in one of them. It wasn't my hair, and it wasn't the same kind of hair as mine. I reached out to the company, and they gave me a discount of 10%. Check out the pics.

Sent back all the bottles unopened. Called them and they said they saw my tracking number. They also saw that it was sent back to the sender as refuse. My order number is *** and my tracking number is ***. I want my full refund of $112. Thank you.

I stumbled upon Dherbs Inc. the other day and decided to place an order. But then I found out they got a F rating, so I canceled my order within a few hours. They said they'd give me a refund, but I ain't seen no money yet. They straight up ignoring me too. I'm gonna tell my peeps to watch out for these scammers. Gonna have to dispute this with my bank.

Dherbs Inc. messed up my sales tax. They charged me 7% when it should have been 6% for my county. Even though my ZIP code was the same, they wouldn't fix it. When I tried to explain that the ZIP code covers two different counties with different sales taxes, they still wouldn't listen. They also charged me for California shipping sales tax and shipping, which was wrong. I told them to fix it, but they refused to talk to me. So, I had to threaten to report them to the ComplaintsBoard.com.

I ordered the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen from Dherbs Inc. on May 17. My order total was $193.20 and I received it on May 20. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with COVID-19 and my doctor advised me not to use the product. I called the company on the same day to inform them and requested to return the product. However, due to COVID-19, I had to quarantine the product for at least 30 days before shipping it back. I returned the item in the same condition it was received. On July 7, I received an email from dherbs.com stating that they received the product back, but they will not issue a refund as their return policy is only 15 days. Now, I am stuck with no refund, no product, and terrible customer support. Can someone please help me resolve this matter? Thank you!

Their refund policy is crazy! Their business practices are worse! I bought some supplements for my nephew who had cancer. After he started taking them, he had really bad stomach and back pains. He had to go to the hospital and they found out that the cancer had spread and he needed treatment right away. We forgot about the supplements until he got out of the hospital and then had to go back in for chemo. I sent the unopened supplements back and asked for a refund, but they said no because it was past the refund time and I had to pay for shipping. This is insane! I know companies have rules, but this was an emergency and they should have made an exception.

I tried the 10 day colon cleanse from Dherbs Inc. The directions on each container had 6 steps for the daily cleanse. After 2 days, I got a bad pain and burning in my esophagus. I thought it was because I took all 5 pills at once, but I tried taking them one at a time and the pain stayed. On the 3rd day, I started having bad cramping in my stomach and a high urgency to move my bowels. I had to stay home for the 5 days of the cleanse because I had really bad diarrhea. I called to report the side effects and the rep said I was using the system wrong, but I did what the bottles said. She said the details were listed in the book. So the bottles and book had different instructions. I continued with her instructions and the diarrhea got worse. I called back and a rude gentleman said I was supposed to get diarrhea and that made no sense. I was also dehydrated because every time I drank, I immediately ran to the bathroom. It took several days to recover from the dehydration.

I bought the DHerbs 10 day*** kit (order #XXXXXX) and it's supposed to have enough herbal tea and supplements to finish the 10 day***. There are three FORMULAS that you take THREE times a day at 10 a.m., 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. I'm on DAY 9 of the 10 day*** and just saw that I don't have enough FORMULA 3 supplements for DAY 10. I can't finish the*** because I only have FORMULA 1 and 2 for DAY 10. I called DHerbs on Aug. 17, 2022 to ask for a refund since I paid *** for the 10 day*** that should have everything I need to finish it. The customer service person told me today that sometimes the DHerbs 'pill' counter doesn't count all the supplements right. I think this is a scam. I paid the *** thinking I'd get everything in the box to finish my 10 day***. I want a refund for the supplements I didn't get. I asked the customer service person how much each supplement costs so I can get a refund for what I didn't get.
