Pure Nutrients natural cleanse - scam

My husband ordered the trial and when I saw they had billed me $88.00 I called on the same day. They said they would cancel it but when I checked again it was processed so I called again and told that they can't refund but to email the claims dept to see if they would refund my money. When I went to the website I couldn't email them because the site is so busy and there is no phone number to call. This is a rip off and $88.00 is a lot of money to lose in this economy. All I want is my money back. they said I won't get the product but I won't get my money back either unless I can get through to the claims dept. Any lawsuits being filled against this company yet? as I said I canceled this the same day it expired. My husband told me about it being a trial and when I saw the pending charge I cancelled it. I shouldn't have to pay for something I cancelled and didn't recieved.

Ordered "Free Sample" of Nature Cleanse online for $5.95 on May 13, 2009. Before receiving the product my bank account was debited for $88.00 but I wasn't aware of that until I discovered ANOTHER debit for $93.95 on June 15th! I called to complain but was told they would not refund my money and was directed to a non-existant email address: claims@purenutrientsproducts.com. I contacted the Federal Trade Commission to file a complaint. They assigned a reference number but directed me to the State of Florida and the State of Maryland Conumer Affairs. I will contact them but can you help me obtain a refund? Because of the unauthorized debits to my account, I was charged $140 in overdraft fees which the bank will not return!

I originally bought one bottle of Colon Cleanse, FREE, all I had to pay is $5.95, yet the charge was for $5.95 and then a foreign transaction fee of $0.17. Then 15 days later my Visa was charged an additional
$88.00 and a foreign transaction fee of $2.64. I called to cancel, which and did. Then the agents stated that I would have to email " claims@purenutrientsproducts.com" . I have tried this and this is an invalid email address.

I ordered the free trial for Nature Cleanse through Pure Nutrients Products. I canceled my order within the trial free time period. I was still charged $88. I emailed claims@purenutrientsproducts.com to dispute the charge. The company emailed me back confirming that my account was canceled, I would have no further charges and the $88 would be refunded within 3-5 business days. After 5 business days, not only did I NOT receive my refund, I was charged and additional $93.95 on my credit card. This is absurd. When you call the only number they give you, the representatives tell you there is nothing you can do and that you have to email claims. I told them I had already done that and have written confirmation that they would refund me and not charge me. They said there is nothing they can do, I must write corporate. I asked for an address or number for corporate offices, they said all they can give me was the above email. This is ridiculous and this is fraud. I am reporting this company to the better business bureau.

My name is Jessica Rodriguez I was billed 88.00 on my credit card. I had called pure nutrients 1 week following my shipment and told them that I didn't wish to get anymore shipments because I don't have money in my account and I had bills to pay. I am very upset to find out that I got billed. I specifically told them I wanted to cancel. The lady I spoke to said to me that she would cancel it, but to try all the product and give them a call back by th 15 of June because she wanted to see if the product would work for me. Today on June 8 I called them to ask why I got billed apparently they never canceled my order and they gave me your email claimsdepartment@purenutrients.com wish wouldn't go through. I really been having alot problems in my life right now and I am upset that you guys lied to me and took away my money. I really need back.

I ordered from a similar on-line ad that did not state anything about sending more product and being billed monthly $88.00. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Florida and just kept complaining until they gave me my money back. Good luck and I wish that there was a way to put a stop to their kind of scam!

Just a pure scam. I too got caught up in this. On the website I used to order the "free" trial product there was nothing saying that there was a required cancellation date on my part to not get billed the $88 for this absolutely worthless product. I got a call about 7 days after placing the internet order and the operator was trying to get all kinds of personal info and have me order extra product. I told him to cancel my whole order right then and there, but of course the company ignores that.

Go to the website for Better Business Bureau of Florida and do a formal complaint. That is the only way I got my money refunded. This has happened to so many unsuspecting buyers and it needs to stop! I have written several letters aboout this company and more people need to complain. Let's put a stop to their deception!

I ordered my 14day $5.95 trial bottle and received it 2 weeks after I placed the order. I was charged $88.00 for the bottle because I failed to call and cancel within my 14 day trial period. I also received a second bottle a week after receiving the first bottle, another $93.95. when I call I was told I had 14days to cancel my order and I was well over that time period. when I asked about the second bottle I was told I was over my 12day trial period. I was also told it usually takes 2-3 weeks to start seeing results. how was I suppose to start seeing results in 2-3 weeks and cancel after that time 14 days if it took took weeks for the bottle to get here. the second bottles invoice says I have 12days to cancel my order with the first 5 being the delivery time. not only have I not seen any results but I have a 2 months supply that started out as a $5.95 trial period and ended up costing me $187.90. when I called to cancel my order I was offered to stay on as a customer and receive a 3rd bottle for a discount price. I would not recommend anyone to get involved with this product.

I spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to cancel my subscription and they finally said to contact a website and it would be cancelled within 48 hours. I went to the web page it said and there was nothing there. I'm hoping this is the correct web page and I can get it cancelled. The product made not difference in my life.

I ordered to day through the website before I saw all these comments. Well, I DID read the terms and conditions and was ok with them. I ordered using my Paypal credit card because it is secure and I can get my money back if needs be. I was *not* happy when someone called me 3 times at home to try and explain that my charge didn't go through and I could get the product for 1/2 the shipping price that was originally charged to me. We kept getting disconnected but the last thing I asked was what carrier they use for shipping. At that point, my phone conversation ended. I don't know if it was the phone service or them. I'll see if I get what I ordered. No one should have had to call me. Next person that calls, I will tell them to just cancel it and send me a verification email on that cancellation.

some guy who cleans his colon,

Apparantly you are in some position to help, so I'm asking you to help me. I attempted to order nature cleanse on 6/2/09. At that time an error message came up on my screen stating a server time out. The next day, a gentleman from nature cleanse called me at home and told me my order was incomplete due to technical problems, and he wanted to complete the order. During that phone conversation I specifically told him 3 times that I didn't want to complete the order. I know he understood me because he asked me why I didn't wish to complete the order. I told him why. Then on June the 8th I was shipped the product anyway, and charged shipping. Since I had not ordered the product, I marked it return to sender and sent it back. On June 19th I was charged $88.00 for this product. Phone calls to the number listed have not gotten me anywhere. The woman I spoke to cancelled my order, and confirmed that the product had been shipped back, but could not refund my money. She could not give me a phone number to call someone who could refund, just an e-mail address to send a claim to. I have received no answer to my e-mails. I never ordered this product and yet was charged and am being told I can't get a refund.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Janelle Duncan

I was also taken by these people, I tried calling on the 19th (10th day) & was kept on hold then disconnected several times. I tried again on the 20th but as a weekend they were closed. I talked to someone on the 22 and they informed me basically to bad but it's to late, then offered me a discount of $30 to stay with it. I said I didn't want it and wanted to speak to someone about a credit according to them there is no supervisor to talk to and they don't know who owns it, they said to e-mail a complaint to claims@purenutrientsproducts.com. I called back on 6-23 after trying to e-mail my complaint and it came back to me, I then put purenutrients.com in the computer & ireceived a message that said this name is being used frauduently & the person that actually owns it said he has been getting e-mails wanting refunds and he has nothing to do with it. they also claim they put on my statement that they are closed weekends when infact I have it right in front of me and it does not say that at all. it says to call within the 14 days period. these people are very rude, do nothing to help and pretend not to know anything about the company when you ask them for peoples names. stupidly I agreed to this product for the $5.95 shipping & handling as they said it worked with acai advanced. I also believed it because they talked about these products on gma & the oprah show. I will say that the people at acai were very nice and cancelled my order with them when I told them I saw no change but this company is a total scam. I also told them I would go to the bbb and they told me I could go ahead to anyone in the world but it wouldn't matter I was paying the $88 and that was it. that was told my the two women I talked with today. this is the posting when I tried to pull up pure nutrients:

Be very careful with this company, I have had three posts to my account from three different names. I have had to dispute all of these, make phone calls and do alot of paper work but so far it has paid off. it took a lot of complaints and writing to the better business bureau of florida and conneticut, then I finally got my refund for $88.00. I purchased acai berry at the same time and they had the same scam going but I caught that one just in time to cancel. about a month later a charge of $29.95 showed up on my account, I called that same day to find out that supposedly I had signed up for some diet counciling service at the same time I purchased the natures cleanse. it took alot of determination but I finally got a refund on that too. something should be done about companies like these that scam people out of their hard earned money! everyone who delt with this needs to really watch their accounts for more charges, they are very deceitfull. buyers beware!

Pure Nutrients charged for product that I didn't get

My name is Linda Miller. I ordered, online, a trial sample of Pure Nutrients cleanser capsules. My order was placed on 5/21/09 and did not receive the product until June 1. I was charged $88.00 and did not get a chance to use the 14-day trial offer. On June 2nd I returned the merchandise via UPS .

I called Customer Service and the rep said that "we have been having problems with our delivery and other people are experiencing the same problem". She then instructed me to write to this website.
I would like the $88.00 credited back to me immediately.

you should have canceled within the 14 days and you would not be charged. You should have read the terms and conditions before you signed up. If you couldn’t find them then you should have called and asked what they were! Nothing is ever FREE and you people sound crazy saying I paid $5.95 for a free trial if you had to pay then how was it FREE? If we just wanted to hand out samples that is what we would have done! We want you to LOVE the product and use it month after month so we make it easy to do so! Every month your product will come so you don’t have to worry about running out!
For those of you who cant handle a monthly bill you can buy three bottles at one time and have them all sent to you at once for a discount with no recurring billing.
ALL you have to do is Call within 14 days and you wont be billed unless you want to!

Pure Nutrients false advertisement

This product made me very sick to my stomach within one hour of taking it. On the company web site it states that there are no know side affects. Don't you believe it. When I called to cancel my free trial offer I could never get through. Finally I pressed the number for placing an order. I got a someone to answer that line right away. I told them I wanted to cancel my free trail offer and that I was within my 14 day trial period and they said that they would cancel my order. I requested that they send me an e-mail showing I cancelled my order and they said they would send it right away. Well they did not send it so I called back within 15 minutes. The person I talk to this time said they do not send out e-mail confirmations of cancellations. This time I asked for a confirmation number of the cancellation and he game me a cx number. Still not trusting them after researching all the complaints about them, I called my bank and told them what happened and told them I thought they might still charge my debit card. The bank said I could cancel my debit card right then and if the company hadn't charged my account yet they would not be able too. The bank said they would reissue a new debit card to me with a new number and I would receive it in the mail within seven days. I also did some more research on Pure Nutrients/Nature Cleanse and found out they just started their business in January 2009 and started selling Nature Cleanse in March 2009. Within less than a month they were reported to the Better Business Bureau and by the end of May 2009 they have received 110 complaints. The BBB gave Pure Nutrients an F rating. The main address the BBB give for Pure Nutrients is: 94 W. Main Street, Suite 206, Bay Shore, New York, 11706. I hope this information is helpful.

Don't fall for the free 14-day trial offer. You don't get the product until almost the 14th day which doesn't give you time to honestly try the product and see if you like it or if it works (which it doesn't). Total scam to charge people $88.

What exactly people are complaining about'? You, "some guy who cleans his colon" are a ###, or a supporter thereof! The information on the website is misleading! The terms of the offer are hidden on the very bottom of the order page in tiny link! The price on the website is $59, and I was charged $88! If you call something "free", but then hide in tiny letters huge price, unjustified by anything, it is misrepresentation as a minimum. I did not sign up for a whole account with monthly charges, even for one charge of $88.00. Free samples are everywhere, go to Sam's club for a free sample, and go to GNC store for reasonable prices for crappy dietary supplements. If you urge to read terms, then the terms offer RISK FREE trail, and as a result I lose money, I don't even like the product, and it may not be returned opened, and get locked into this ###. You can't even spell simple words in your comment, so don't pretend to be a smart ### advocate of ###, unless you are the CEO of this successful corporation. Misrepresentation, fraudulent inducement, failure of reasonable expectations - these are violations this company could be charged with, and I tell you this as a lawyer. So shut up, or you will go to court if not as a principal, then as an accomplice.

Pure Nutrients nature cleanse

I am Julia Oswald 1421 Roper Mtn Rd #357 Greenville, SC [protected]. e-mail is [protected]@hotmail.com.
I ordered Nature Cleanse for 14 day trial. Ordered on 5/11/09 and received it on 5/16/09. I was billed on 5/27/09 which gave me only 11 days before being charged $88.00 on top of $5.95 for shipping.
I called to cancel the program and was on hold 15 to 20 minutes each of three times before a
representative gave me a claims department website which does not give anyway to file a refund request or a complaint. The rep said she would file a claim but that I should also file a claim, and when I asked for refund approval number she gave me 'JM4675569' .
She would not say I would get a refund only repeated filing a complaint.
If you can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Julia Oswald

I was of the understanding that I had a free trial of a weight loss product and was to pay 'Only" the shipping costs. I was then billed $88.00 on my credit card without my approval. And later received phone calls wanting me to renew and I refused.

Today I received any package after the phone call which I did not order.

I am returning it as marked ' refused and cancelled'. I feel this was a very deceitful scam.

Natures Cleanse, by Pure Nutrients is a total scam and rip off. I saw a few months ago these products being sold on SOCIALSTEALS.com. I started to investigate, and months later I found out who was behind this scam. The name of the company is Intermark Media, now IMM Interactive ( www.imminteractive.com). The president of this company is Mike Krongel, who ran this scam, using his affiliate network to dupe consumers to buying his product, who I found out is now being sued by the FTC, for false advertising and promoting these scam products: http://www.ftc.gov/os/caselist/1023232/index.shtm . The number to the company is: [protected]. They were behind Pure Nutrients, as well as many other scam products such as Eternal ResV, which I also saw them selling on Socialsteals.com. Report them to the BBB, FTC, and your Attorney General, and stop them from doing this ever again. The FTC is already taking them down, but I’m sure our complaints can only help their case. Pure Nutrients SCAM! Intermark Media SCAM ! IMM Interactive SCAM ! Social Steals / Socialsteals.com SCAM !

Add another person to the extended list these people have ripped off or tried to rip off. The only difference is I got my money back! We got a bill from them for $93.95, for something that was supposable free. They made a fatal mistake in their billing and put it was for “Shipping and Handling”.

When I called I talked to a very arrogant lady name “Ty”, who was unhelpful, rude and insisted she was a supervisor. I explained the problem to her and she told me basically I was out of luck and should have read the disclosure statement and that this has been taken to court and the outcome was in their favor. I told her several times that I wanted to talk to a supervisor and I wanted a number and address to the Corporate Office. She refused each time.

Finally I got mad, demanded to speak to a supervisor, and added that I would be contacting the Attorney General’s Office’s for New York, North Carolina, Connecticut and Florida.

Within a couple of minutes I spoke to Debbie who said she was the supervisor. She started out like Ty, and tried to tell me there is NO Corporate Office and that she was in charge. Having a background with investigations and dealing with people like this, I knew she was full of something that her own product would have a hard time deposing of! She tried several times to convince me there is no other office other then the one in New York, and insisted she was the top of the food chain. She changed her tone when I told her whom I planned to write and a full description of what was going on. I also referred to this web sight and a couple of others that I looked at. Shortly into the conversation with Debbie I insisted on a full refund and for them to stop any type of membership they may have tacked onto my credit card. She agreed and acted as if she was doing me a favor. I got a confirmation number from her and she ensured me I would have a full refund within two to five days and I actually got an email confirmation about the refund.

Folks, this is a fly by night outfit that could care less about your heath, but they do have a sincere interest in your bank account! They are NOT a members of the Better Business Bureau and have an “F” rating, and according to the Better Business Bureau their “drugs” are untested. Do you really want to put that stuff in your body?

Hopefully the below information will help you out. I think your best bet would be to write to the Attorney General’s Office of each state I’ve listed along with a nice letter to the Better Business Bureau, but remember they are NOT member’s of the BBB, so they have little influence with them.

I was also charged 88.00 on my credit card, when I call the customer service rep they stated that it was a 30day trial period not a 15 day trial. I am very upset they said I basically just have to eat it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! They told me their was no way for a refund. I too was sucked in by this disreputable company. Thirty days free supply but they charge you after fourteen days and the fourteen days start the day you order. Some free trial period! No mention of this in their internet ad. Fortunately I read the fine print when they sent the product and I got a little suspicious so I decided to cancel via the phone number they provided. Lots a luck! I called five times over a four hour period and all I got was music, no one ever answered the phone. I held for 3o minutes, twice for 20 minutes and twice for 10 minutes. By that time I was feeling pretty angry and stupid for being sucked in. I googled "complaints against Pure Nutrients inc." and found this site. (Shoulda done that in the first place) Based on what I read on the site I didn't feel very comfortable in thinking I could get this resolved before they charged me for my "free 30 day supply" so I made a pre-emptive strike. I called my bank and their recommendation was to cancel my card and they would issue me a new one with a new number. So, when Pure Nutrients tries to bill me it will be rejected. My only inconvienence is I will be without that credit card for 5 to 7 days.

I just called and got mine canceled, said my dr didn't approve and they made an exception even though I was past my 14 days. When I called, I also called this # [protected] and pushed #3 as if I wanted to order more of the product because that got someone on the line very quickly... of course I figured this out after 4 different days of not being able to get through.

Pure Nutrients won't refund

I received this product. Tried it for 2 days and cancelled because if I didn't they would charge my account 88.00. Much to my surprize I had checked my account and they had taken the 88.00 out of my account the day after I had cancelled. I have been trying for several days now to get ahold of the company. Finally got ahold of them 9 days after the fact. The lady told me I had not called in and cancelled and there was nothing she could do. I then called another number the next morning. Told this lady everything she said that I needed to contact a web site at [protected]@purenutrientsproducts.com and try and get my refund. I have searched for an hour now for this site and it does not exist. Now what am I going to do about getting my money back.

I also ordered Nature Cleanse and Acaiberry detox, I tried to get through to them an hour later and couldn't so I called my credit card co. and they told me it was a fraud company and they cancelled my card. I called Pure Nutrients back and got through and ask them to cancel the order. They said Ok, it has not been shipped. and gave me a cancellation number
JG5071471. Four days later I received a Bottle of Nature cleanse anyway. I called them
and told them they were a fraud co and she gave me this e-mail address Claims @ purenutrients. I told her I am not paying to ship this back . And she said I would not be billed for any more products. I told her I will not be billed for this one either because my
card has been cancelled. She said just use the e-mail I gave you.

Should I mail the product back? Any one know what the law is on this? I certainly will
not take it. But I don't want to send it back to a FRAUD CO.

I too have had the same problem. I talked to someone named Pristine and was told she could refund $44.00 of the $181.95 I am demanding. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was abruptly told that I would be told the same thing. I told her that if she can refund $44.00 she can refund the entire amount. She told me to email
claims@purenutrients.com for a full refund. I did that and guess what? It was returned because of no response from pure nutrients. I am furious! I really don't
want to give up on this but I don't know what else to do!

I have had the same experience. I did cancel in time and was stil charged. I talked to someone and was told I had to email for a refund at claimsdepartment@purenutrientsproducts.com that that departement wasn't allowed to give a refund. I have emailed multiple times and no response. Is there anything we can do to get our money back? I told the lady on the phone I don't know how she lives with herself working for a company that cons people out of their money. I got the link from a Rachel Ray web site. I will call my bank and see if there is anything I can do on that end. I will NEVER participate in a trial of anything again. too bad these crooks ruin it for people that really are trying to get their product out.

I was also given this fake e-mail address. I did'nt receive product until 12 days into the 14 day trial, and when i tried to call and cancel I was on hold for long time and then the recording came on saying they were closed for the day. They don't tell you that either. on the order sheet it says call anytime. I called first thing the next morning and their telling me card was already charged and that I should go to this web site to get a refund. I got this product info from a Oprah Winfrey show site. I am going to send them an e-mail letting them know just what kind of crap their promoting. hopefully with all of our complaints someone will help get justice against these thieves.

I had a slightly similar experience, except that I cancelled on day 14. Hey, when I finally got through I was told that my order had been placed one day earlier than it actually had. What about that. The 'system' on which they rely had been altered to put me outside the 14 days.

Email our claims department they said. they respond in 48-72 hours.

Surprisingly, when I called the first time, I was told that my order had been cancelled within the 14 days and that I would receive a confirmation email.

Email never arrived. And the 'cancellation number' that I was given was just my 'customer number' I was told.

These folks are con-merchants who are using '14-day trial' as a scam.

AND THE DAMN STUFF DOESN'T WORK!

Pure Nutrients I cancelled my order and they said they would not charge me shipping and handling charges and they charged me any way

I ordered this product on line. Withing 10 minutes of ordering it I cancelled the product. They told me that they were going to charge me the shipping and handling anyway. I argued with them that I just ordered it and they didn't ship it yet. They told me that it was in there terms. No where in there terms did it say that I couldn't get my shipping and handling fees back if the product wasn't shipped and that I cancelled the order. Finally they told me that they were going to debt back my account of the $5.95 s & h fee. That was on Friday, May 22, 2009. Tuesday, May 26, 2009 I checked my bank statement and I saw that they charged my account the $5.95 shipping and handling fee. I immediately called them. They kept me on hold for about 10 minutes. They told me that there was nothing that they could do and that the product was being shipped out. I told them of the conversation i had with them on Friday, May22, 2009 and that they were not going to charge me that fee and that I did not want the product shipped to me and That I didn't want it. They told me that there was nothing they could do for me. I asked for his name and he hung up on me. This company lied to me. Stole my money when they told me that they that weren't going to charge me. I had to go to my bank cancel my card, file dispute papers with this company. I will fight this all the way. It's not the money it's the principal. You people did what ever you wanted to, regardless that I called 10 minutes after the order. Regardless that they told me they weren't going to charge my account. How many other consumers have you done this to? You sham people and lie to them and steal there money. I want my shipping and handling charges refunded to my account. I will contact the better business bureau about this company and the con artists you have working there. I will black list this company any way I can. If ophra is giving this company her stamp of approval, I don't think she would if she knew how you handle your affairs with the consumers who work hard for there money. People do have a right to cancel a product if they don't want it and get there money back, Especially if the product wasn't shipped yet. God is watching over thieves like you. What goes around comes arount

Why this is not a scam and why you should just read the terms and conditions:

These terms are very clearly listed in a big grey box which is larger than the box you enter in your credit card info. I have included pictures to verify this. unfortunatley most people do not read it, so here they are once again:

Natural cleanse terms and conditions for free trial — read them and you will understand why this is not a scam

When you order the free trial of natural cleanse your credit card will be charged only $5.95 shipping and handling.
As part of the trial period, you will receive a one month supply of natural cleanse and you will have 14 days from your original purchase date to decide if natural cleanse is right for you. if you are enjoying natural cleanse, then do nothing and at the end of your 14 day trial period your credit card will be charged the full price of $88.00 for your first month's supply.
If you find natural cleanse is not right for you, simply contact our customer service department to cancel your membership within 14 days of your original order date and you will not be charged any additional fees (you will have only been charged the $5.95 for shipping and handling).
Approximately 30 days from your original purchase date and every 30 days thereafter you will be sent another one month supply of natural cleanse and your credit card on file will be billed $88.00 plus $5.95 shipping and handling.
Limit one trial offer per household.
You may cancel your membership at any time by simply contacting customer service. please remember, most customers see most noticeable results by using natural cleanse consistently for 3 months.

You may contact our customer service department via our toll free phone number1-[protected] customer service representatives are available monday – friday 8am – 5pm est.

Please note that no refunds are given on any products that have been already shipped.

Please note:

You must cancel membership auto ship orders prior to next shipment.
Packages marked "return to sender" will not be processed or refunded.

Pure Nutrients false advertising

Beware:this company should not be in business. Consumers do not buy their products!
I, too, had a very unpleasant experience with pure nutrients, nature cleasne product. I ordered the product online on 5/8, however the invoice indicated the order date was 5/11/09. I received the shipment on 5/16/09, for my 15 day trial period. What a joke. Once I received the order it stated the terms and conditions of their product regarding payment. No where in their online advertising did it mention anything about $93.95 being deducted monthly from my account. A misrepresentation to say the very least. The first time I called the customer service line, I was informed the "store" was closed, operational only monday - friday. The second time I called I spoke with a vanessa id#22439 (if that is real) and told that my account had been charged $88.00 plus $1.00 (hmm) because I had exceeded the amount of time, I did not call by the 14th day to cancel, to cancel. Vanessa was exceptionally unhelpful, and when I asked how we could resolve this issue, she simply quoted policy like a parrot. When I asked to speak to her supervisior I was informed he was too busy and that I would have to wait a long time. I said I didn't mind waiting, but again she reinterated he was too busy. When I asked about contacting corporate headquarters she told me that she could not divulge that. No phone number as well, though I was given an email address to contact: [protected]@purenutrientsproducts.com. I wrote, no response. This is not a reputable company that has anything resembling anywhere near ethical values. Do not do business with them.

The same situation happened with Brite Teeth Pro scam.
I ordered the product online on however I received the shipment on on a much later date, $93.00 was deducted by bank. I disputed with chargers. Once I received the order it stated the terms and conditions of their product regarding payment. Which they shared a bunch of crappy paperwork with my bank. So my bank declined my money back.

How can we cancel within the 14 day trial period if the business does not operate on a Saturday or Sunday? My 14th day fell on Saturday a national holiday, the 4th of July. I tried calling Sunday and got a recording of business hours and operation. I tried to call today, Monday and I was told it was too late, I was charged on Sunday.

Pure Nutrients claims they risk free 14 day money back guarantee. I received the trial and paid 5.95 for shipping and handling. The order date on the slip I received was 5/8/09 but when I called to cancel on 5/22/09 i was informed that my 'real' order date was 5/7/09. They charged my credit card $88.00 and the customer service person would NOT refund the money.

I did checked the internet today and see other people have had the same complaint. What a rip off!

Company was not available by phone to cancel within the 14 day Free trial. I tried 2 days before the cancellation time & then continued for the next week. The line was always busy! There were times that I stayed on the line for over an hour! I even tried to find an e-mail to cancel by & there was NO e-mail. I was also mislead with their marketing technique. Not a good way to be putting a supposedly earth/mind/body business out there. I am spreading the word as fast as my fingers and voice can go. Taught me a valueable lesson and I will be extra cautious with all on-line transactions. If it's a good product why do they resort to such low tactic's? I am not so sure I will use the product now. If they have no concern for taking our money how concerned are they with our health?

Hello fellow ripped-off consumers.
Do this...check with your state's Attorneys General Office to see if there is a consumer protection law that provides you the right to return any item to ANY merchant operating in that state for a FULL refund. There may be a law to protect you. Check immediately and follow up because there may be a time frame such as 30 days from the date of purchase. Once you establish your consumer rights, ship the item back using a reputable shipper or USPS and get a shipment and delivery confirmation. If you don't receive your refund, contact the Attorneys General Office and register a formal complaint. Maybe if enough AGO's get complaints, they'll bar these companies from operating in their states and lo and behold they go out of business, at least in the good ol' USA.

I ordered a 30-day free trial of Nature Cleanse online and it stated that I would only have to pay for shipping and handling that totaled $2.49. After stating they would only charge my card s/h they charged my card $88.00. I didn't even get the trial size until 10 days later. Included with the trial pack was a statement that read:

You will be billed $88.00 on the 15th day of your order. I just received the order today and my card has already been charged! I tried calling the customer service line to cancel as it states to call 866.779.7568 and they said that they were experiencing some computer problems and to call back tomorrow between 8am-5pm. What a lie! It's all a FRAUD! I had to cancel my credit card and get a new card number because of this!

Was not notified of amount of product only a 14 day free trail for shipping only. Called and cancel with [protected] and told to send email to claimsdepartment@purenutrientsproducts.com. Emails only returned. Call to vertify email address, told it was on my end. I will continue to find a way to speadk to someone who will be able to adjust my account, but I believe this company is a total scam.

I purchased the shipping charges to get a FREE Bottle of Nature Cleanse, in their own words "Now you can try Nature Cleanse For FREE! All you need to do is pay $5.95 Shipping and Handling - and then your free bottle of Nature Cleanse will be shipped ..."No where during the information, did they mention I was going to get CHARGED $88. per month, if I did not cancel the FREE TRAIL within 14 days.
After being put on hold (phone) for a total of 4 hrs. I decided to call and pretend I had questions on a purchase. They finally answer the phone. I was able to cancel any future charges, but they did not remove the $88.00 charged to me, for not canceling their FREE TRAIL bottle. Conveniently, Pure Nutrients Shipping Department from this product, “Nature Cleanse” did not include the DATE the product was shipped, which is important information, if one is to return this product within 14 DAYS.
When filling out the form to get my FREE Trail, there was no mention of future charges. This fine print was on another page, or you had to scroll down past some other vendors that were not related to Nature Cleanse. This company found a loop hole in the Bible and they are taking advantage of consumers.
After this experience I went searching for answers to see if perhaps I was that naïve, but I guess not. I found many other people that were scammed the same way.

I wanted to try the "trial" version of Nature Clense for $5.95 and received the product, used it, didn't notice any significant change. Am now trying to cancel all future "automatic" deliveries of the same product that is costing me a monthly charge of $94.00 that I can't afford. Not having much luck here. Can anyone help me?
