So, I recently tried using Pticket.com to pay a parking ticket I received. At first, I was excited to find a website that could make the process easier for me. However, my experience with their customer service has been less than satisfactory.

I tried calling the contact number provided on their website during normal business hours, but no one answered. I have been holding for over 25 minutes now, and there is no estimated wait time or robot telling me anything. I am just sitting in complete silence for over half an hour now with the call time steadily increasing.

Aside from the lack of customer service, the website itself is pretty straightforward. It was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I did notice a couple of spelling errors and grammar mistakes throughout the website, which made me question the professionalism of the company.

Overall, I would say that Pticket.com has potential to be a great resource for paying parking tickets online. However, they need to improve their customer service and pay closer attention to the details on their website.

Honestly, it feels like a bit of a scam to me. I can't help but wonder how many other people have had their appeals thrown in the trash, just so PTicket.com can say they never received them. It's pretty frustrating, to say the least.

So, if you ever find yourself in a similar situation, my advice would be to contest your ticket online if possible. And if you do have to send in materials, make sure to send them Certified with Return Receipt. That way, you'll have proof that they received your information, and you won't have to worry about getting screwed over by PTicket.com.

In the past, others have shown proof of their right to park in handicap spots, and their ticket was reduced from $365 to $25. However, PTICKET did not seem to care about the spirit of the law and only cared about collecting money. Even after explaining my situation, the lady on the phone did not seem to listen and just kept repeating herself.

In the end, I had to pay a total of $489 for a mistake that was not even my fault. It is disappointing to see a company like PTICKET target the handicap community in this way. To make matters worse, I recently received a letter stating that I will receive an additional fine and be sent to collections. It is frustrating to deal with a company that does not seem to care about its customers and only cares about making money.
