When I first spoke with amanda she seemed very nice and helpful. She gave me great advice or what I thought was good advice but I guess it was really just what I wanted to hear. After I got a reading, she told me that she could help me and it would cost more money. To be exact a lot of money, $1700. After sending the money, I received a package but was never told what to do with it. I have not been able to get in touch with her to date. She will not answer my calls at all.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Without their approval or that of other serious experts I would think it disgusting to offer to help people. Readings which are not helpful or accurate are often doing far more damage than having no reading at all. Sadly there are a lot of shysters out there, some of them know they are and do not care about you at all. Others are deluded. I paid £29.95 for a reading on the 16th August, and since then have heard nothing from Amanda, before that I was getting emails every day. I have contacted twice and she has not replied. Absolutely disgusting that someone can pretend they are spiritual and scam people out of money.

I keep receiving spam emails from medium Amanda and after unsubscribing numerous times, I still receive them. Does anyone know how to stop the spam emails? It’s really starting to irritate me

Same story like the other people here. You pay her the money and then good luck trying to find to her. She would come up with all sorts of excuses, rude and condescending or not call when she was supposed to and call at late hours.

I had a reading with her in 2018 and boy, do I regret it! The reading was pretty vague, nothing out of the ordinary.She claimed that I had this negative energy and that she can help me for a ridiculous sum of money, $2800. She took advantage of my vulnerability during one of my worst times in my life. She is a con artist, and she fools so many people.

She is a con. Liar and cheat. Bottom line
I paid for a tarot reading... on her so called secure with a credit card scheme. I have yet to recieve a call from her . She has received my payment but i haven't received any services. She is a schemer because i have called on several occasions for a refund and a rescheduling of appointment.
Last year I had a crystal reading with Amanda, the information was somewhat vague but she shared she could access the situation a lot better if I did a mediation with her. I agreed to let her do the mediation (around $200). We spoke after the mediation and she was spot on. No one had read my relationship history with such accuracy before. She said I needed to clear my chakras and my partner’s chakras before anything else could be done. She said this would lead to better communication, intimacy, etc. I believed she could help me, and I was desperate for a resolve to my relationship issues. She charged me $1800 which is a lot of money, but as I said I desperately wanted help and believed in her desire to help me. The problems started after I paid her. I could barely reach her, I would call over and over during the designated times we agreed, and she rarely returned my calls. I told her I was not satisfied with the outcome, she agreed to do another reading on the phone. Afterwards she told me to follow up on a certain day and I was not able to reach her again. I got frustrated over time and stopped trying. I never heard from her again. Basically she reels you in well, but once she gets your money for spiritual work she doesn’t follow up with you as agreed. I’m reading other complaints, and I see I’m not alone unfortunately.

Amanda, you had me fooled a few times over. You kept on telling me that I had negative energy, which is why I could not hook up with people. Well, that negative energy is now gone. I am a whole new positive person. I am well over the hurt of my past and can fully move on now.
Here is where I'm skeptical about your readings. You DID tell me that I would meet my significant partner in the late Spring. I do remember you telling me that. But then you told me later the time frame got pushed to the summer time, around July, because something 'negative' has suddenly interfered with my progress. I will have late June and early July to find out, but how do I know if I'll be completely embarrassed, disappointed and thrown off when nothing eventually happens and I don't meet anybody special. For all I know, we may not be getting together this year at all.

As I am looking for someone to channel my spirit guide I came Amanda and also came across these negative review.. I don't know Amanda I have never recieved a reading from her. Every one is entitled to their own opinion, yes but clearly none of you have ever talked to or reached out to a psychic prior to Amanda. There are different way YOU can prepare for a reading before hand to get the most accurate ready. Appointment schedule:
I had a tarot card reading ($120) done today at 11:00AM. My appointment was scheduled on yesterday @ 4:45PM. You MUST make a credit card payment at the time you make your appointment. After having second thoughts, I contacted Amanda at 7:15AM to cancel. I was informed that I could not cancel because I did not give a 24 hour notice, even though my appointment was made in less than 24 hours.
About the reading:
Great conversation, but for me the reading was very vague, general, and somewhat rehearsed. I left feeling like I knew nothing more than when I came. Her cell phone rang during our session. She offered me meditation services ($200). She did not call out any specifics about me. I've been to less expensive psychics with a lot more insight and were right on. Some of the stuff she described didn't sound like me at all- not until I started to talk and gave more details. Remember that she is NOT a medium.

If you are not satisfied. You MUST say so during the reading early on. I made the mistake of waiting and thinking it would get better. I did ask more specific questions, hoping to get the answers I needed. Not even close. I texted her 15 min later, saying I was unsatisfied. I'm a non confrontational person and thought this route would be ok. About an hour passed and I emailed her. She agreed to give me $40 back out of the $120. She compared her psychic reading to a dinner at restaurant and said I sat through the whole thing and a full refund would be unacceptable.
Opinion:

Why do you call Ms. Mocha jeolous and hateful? Simply because she see who you really are? People have a right to make their complaints. Those of us who you ripped off will do it LOUDLY. I agree I received a reading from her and it was very general and vague. The "reading" she gave me could have applied to anyone in the the world. She is one of the "pyschics" that just asks a bunch of questions and figures out the rest. Save your money from this SCAMMER!
