I HAVE AN EXISTING MORTAGE WITH PROVIDENT FUNDING IN BURLINGAME CA
FIVE MONTHS AGO WE HAD RE FIANCE OUR MORTAGE (OR SO WE THOUGHT) WE AND HAD ALL THE PAPER WORK DONE AND SENT OUT. ALL THE CHECKSWERE ALSO SENT OUT SINCE THEN WE HAVE RECIVED THE RUN AROUND, WE ARE PASSED FROM PERSON TO PERSON
NOONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT ANYONE IS DOING, NO ONE RETURNS CALLS OR E MAILS WE HAVE EVEN WRITTEN LETTERS
CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME ANTHONY PELELLA

    Provident is posting lower rates, but then they trying to get you as much as they can. They make you to loose the lock, to pay re-draw fee, to the extend you have not seen anywhere in US. They are loan Nazi.

    I can't offer you any help, but I empathize with your plight. Provident is a horrible company bordering on incompetence.
