I am contacting you regarding an warranty company Protect my Car and McCarty Nissan. My vehicle Nissan Sentra 2019 has been sitting at Nissan. I have only heard from the service technician once regarding my car. I told him that I would try to reach out to the warranty company, but I have not heard anything since then and that was the following monday3/27/23. Since that time, I have not yet heard anything from the technician. I've called Service Manager at Nissan to find out if I can get somewhere with this issue and still have not heard anything. I strong feel the discrimination since I am a woman and a black as well and the staff here is dominate white. This appears as if I have abandoned my vehicle and that is not the case. I work long hours and am very busy. This situation has cause stress and extra out of pocket funds and troubles on my job since I have struggles getting to work.
2nd complaint is with the warranty company, Nissan which is the vendor was unable to get them on the phone. Line stayed ringing and no answer. When I did talk with someone it was very earlier before Nissan open here and they informed me Nissan as the vendor should have put in an online claim and someone would have called them back. The difficult of the vendor not being able to contact the warranty company in order to get the process started. I need help please to get the process started so I can get my car fix and back working right. Can you please help me to result this issue so I can get a working vehicle which I am currently financing. Thank You Christy
