So far I don't have any issue with my car since the Hybrid battery was installed three months ago by Hybrid Battery 911. Customer service was great. The battery was actually installed in my absence, but the guys that came to do the installation did a very good job. Never experienced any issue with my Camry. It drives great and the battery is charging well.

Amazing company with awesome customer service! *** went bad after about 6 months but they came right out and replaced it no questions asked! I of course purchased the extra warranty so it makes it easier. Called in and the entire team was very helpful and kept me updated. Technician was very efficient and was back on the road in no time. Thank you for a great experience.

Hybrid Battery 911 really came through for me. I had my battery replaced a few years ago and have purchased their monthly warranty plan. My check hybrid battery light came on and after submitting my claim, they came out to replace it. Hunter Beaux came out and did a great job on my car. This is a great, reputable company and I would highly recommend if you need to get your hybrid battery replaced.

I was already a satisfied customer having had my 2012 Prius *** replaced 9/2020but NOW I can speak to the warranty! After following the process they got me in very quick! Hunter just came and replaced my battery under warranty he was awesome! Very professional and personable! Even asked me to test drive and showed me my code from before and after repairs and explained the info! Extremely happy!Thanks! So NOW I can share even more about this great company!

My experience with Hybrid 911 was the absolute best. Kristina was very professional and helpful to my needs. I was shopping around and she assured me Hybrid 911 could assist me above and beyond my needs. She was very persistent in making sure that I was a satisfied customer. Zack was the technician that installed my battery. He was extremly pleasant, knowledgable and highly professional. This DYNAMIC DUO are absolutely highly trained customer service professionals. My experience was exceptional and I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Only first day with the battery, but so far so good. These 911 folks have been kind, understanding of how stressful this is and very helpful. We got our new refurbished battery today and so far our 2006 Prius with *** on it loves it. Seems to be a happy camper. The young man who came to my daughters house was fabulous. Knowledgable and drove the car for 15 minutes with my daughter to make sure all was working, as we asked. Signing up for the Warrenty which feels very reasonable. I'm still crossing my fingers, but with the warrenty this feels pretty good!

Wish I would have checked out the reviews and did a little more checking out before purchasing a remanufactured hybrid battery. I got to drive the car for less than *** miles and got to replace it as well. The lady that answered my call said I would be better off buying another car I say No there's plenty life left in my car. *** was no help as well. Beware of them. Wish I never dealt with them now. I talked with mechanic at local *** dealership and told him what I told *** and he laughed. Said I was ripped off. If you do buy a battery you better pay the $20 a month extra for the extra warranty that probably won't do you any good as well.

So thankful for the staff and crew at hybrid battery 911. I've had my battery in my 06 prius for over a year now and have been so pleased. You can't go wrong dealing with the quality of people this company hires. It gives real peace of mind knowing that the actual product itself is great and I have no problems, but if I ever do have any, they are there to help. From day one reaching out for info to over a year later never even having one but it trouble from the battery my dealing with them have been A+. These days honesty and integrity is not as easy to come by. These folks have both. If you are looking for a battery in your hybrid, this is the place for you.

I had a Prius 2010 that was getting horrible gas maileage. The people at Hybrid Battery 911 could not have been more helpful every step of the way. Explained all my options, understood when something they suggested would not work, and managed to accomodate my needs. Setting up the apppointment was a breeze - the person showed up exactly when he said he would, and the work was quick, efficient, and professionally done. Kept me posted with texts about the progress of everything. My mileage on a weekly basis is so low, a Tesla would probably do a better job, but in my profession, that kind of expenditure is just not possible However, already, after a few days, I can see an improvement in the milage of my 12 year old Prius. Highly recommended. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

At first customer service was good and they were very quick to sell and replace battery initially. I also purchased 'warranty' for $20 a month. Battery has been in my car for 6 months with limited use but used nonetheless. The battery is now acting up (red exclamation point of death) and I took it to Toyota to have it checked. Sent error code to these guys and was told my car 'was not driven enough' and therefore was not eligible to be replaced for free. I just need to pay the 'customer discount' amount of $700 for replacement. And to top it all off the website has a review from a client stating they left their car sitting in the driveway while they were away for a MONTH and these guys came right out and replaced their battery for nothing. Weird. I have exactly the same error and my battery is not covered? "Lifetime Warranty"? I didn't even get six months! What a scam!

I would recommend Hybrid Battery 911 to anyone looking to have a battery replaced. They are very professional and handled my situation extremely well. I purchased my 2007 Prius two years ago and it had a new battery installed from HB911. During this time, I started to pay the 19.99/month to have the lifetime warranty included, so it was one less thing to worry about. Fast forward last month, I had an issue with my Prius battery. HB911 was quick to sent a technician out to replace this battery. Be mindful that you may have to pay refundable $350 for the technician to look at the car if there are codes other than the typical hybrid batter failure codes. This warranty process took less than a week to have a brand new battery installed and the car was back on the road! There was a slight issue with the refund of the $350. *** (owner) was very quick to assist with this issue and cleared this issue right away. I could not recommend a better company to have a battery replacement performed. I am gladly going to continue paying the 19.99/month for this warranty because I know Hybrid Battery 911 will always have my back!

Excellent technician (Brian), very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent phone representative (Kristina) very professional, kind and helpful. This is the way to get your hybrid battery replaced when its run the course of its life cycle and you car is still in great shape. Do not use a dealer. Toyota wanted ~3500 to replace the battery. That is just below the value of the car with high miles in good condition. We purchased the hybrid brand new in 2007. It did not make sense to pay that amount based on actual blue book value. Hybrid Battery 911 cost with warranty was ~ 1200. That price point was worth replacing the battery. I did a lot of research before selecting this service. Do not do component repair of the actual hybrid battery. Even if it is cheaper, it is only placing a band aid on the problem, it will fail again. Recommend you do the research and you will see this is the correct course of action take. At this level of component replacement you can either select a company with a yearly warranty of a lifetime warranty upfront. You have to gauge how long you plan to keep your current vehicle and pick a plan that fits your way ahead. This company is expanding, growing, customer friendly and professional. Overall very happy and would fully recommend this company to all hybrids owners.

Hybrid Battery 911 is outstanding. The service, from the original contact through battery installation, was easy, efficient and expert in every sense. These guys actually call back when they say they will, confirm appointments in advance, are (incredibly!) on time, and they keep you informed every step of the way. The guy who installed by battery was a real expert. I don't know if you ever watched a *** battery get replaced, but it is astoundingly complex. There must be 20 steps to it if there's one. But my installer whipped through the process like he could do it blindfolded. I wish I could remember his name, he was outstanding, polite, courteous, pleasant and efficient in addition to being a real expert. He got the battery installed and then double checked it. Before he started he checked to be certain that the one I had was actually dead, to make sure I didn't waste any money. When he finished he confirmed that the new battery was fully charged and then double checked by trying to start the car. When it didn't, he actually did a diagnostic check (you know, the one *** charges hundreds of dollars for) and figured out that my fuel pump was bad and needed replacement. All of this was for no extra charge. I then had the fuel pump replaced and the car now runs like mew. These guys ad Hybrid Battery 911 are the real thing and I strongly recommend them.

I found Roger and Gary online 3 years ago. The phone was answered by a professional receptionist- the first plus point. Many companies doing this service are backyard mechanics and a message has to be left for them to call you back. I went that route prior to finding them. My story took place over a 3 year period with them. My procrastination was the culprit. Finally a month ago I called Gary and he got his tech to me the next day. My car had not run for 4.5 years. I did not know if the car would run after the new battery was installed. Gary told me if it wouldn't run, he would Uninstall it for a labor fee and save a thousand dollars. Wow! I thought. A real customer service oriented, professional company. Gary always listened. A rarity today. He was going to get back to me about a question I had and he forgot to call me back and told me he forgot- a truthful response. Another professional response. We all make mistakes and he owned up to it! So the tech arrives and was early to the appt time. Called me and told me when he would be there. Another act of professionalism. His communication skills were awesome. His mechanical skills were as well. Kristina followed up with me after the install. Gary helped me with a little problem after the install as well. I highly recommend this team of professionals ,a rarity in the market place. From a very satisfied customer.

I had my original 2006, one owner *** Prius battery replaced by *** on Jan. 6th, 2018. *** was very friendly and professional. The original battery from the factory had lasted 12 years and almost *** miles. *** was completely sold on the quality of their products and assured me that I would probably get at least another *** or more miles out of the "rejuvenated" replacement battery from Hybrid Battery 911. In June 2022, after just over 4 years and *** miles, my "rejuvenated" Hybrid Battery 911 battery pack is dead again complete with the red triangle of death, 3 bad cells and the replace bad battery code. I had been sold the "Lifetime Replacement" in warranty in August, after the 3rd replacement, for just $19.99/month and was told I'd never have to pay for another battery as long as I kept the $19.99/month warranty. Hybrid Battery 911 had apparently however, decided that it was time to change the terms of their "Lifetime Warranty" and it now stipulated that that not driving the car a certain number of miles/month would damage the battery & cause the warranty to be severely reduced and that instead of having full coverage for the replacement cost, you would only receive a partial discount based on your mileage, if you received any discount at all. The warranty originally didn't mention any mileage requirements. I have heart failure and am on permanent disability, so since I no longer am required to drive daily, I didn't have any chance of meeting their new mileage requirement, meaning I had wasted almost $339.83, over 17 months, on a warranty that was now completely useless. The amount of money I've spent over the past 4 years for 3 rejuvenated batteries from Hybrid Battery 911 would have paid for a BRAND NEW OEM battery from *** that probably would have lasted another *** miles, not the 5 or *** miles these "rejuvenated" batteries have averaged. Had the warranty not changed, I wouldn't have cancelled it.
