PMP was the property management company in charge of our condominium complex before they were replaced around March of 2023. Starting on 12/31/22, our condominium unit was damaged due to the heavy rains in Southern California and years' worth of neglect to the roof.
We called PMP immediately and were told by an assistant manager, that ALL damages (inside and out) would be covered by PMP. Approximately 15 minutes later, we received an email denying the claim. Over the next four months we called and emailed this company numerous times and never once received a call back. Emails produce computer generated "work orders" that go nowhere.
PMP is well aware of our unit damage and our personal situation (senior citizens, one with stage four cancer) and they still refuse to make things right or even reach out to us. We have never had a worse experience with a company in our lives.
Desired outcome: The desired outcome is that PMP honor their commitment and cover our unit damages. We would also like a written apology and an investigation into this company's practice.
