This was a first time shopping experience with Proozy. The ordering process was simple and direct> I had found a great price on some Under Armor sweats that I just couldn't pass up, So I placed my order. Received a tracking number with FedEx. Next day, I checked on the tracking number and saw that FedEx had received the package and it was waiting in Osseo, MN. And it sat there, one, two, three, four five "work days" like Monday, Tuesday, etc.. After my package had sat stalled wih FedEx, I emailed Zoey and asked if she (as the shipper) could initiate a trace on the package. I don't know what she did; but she sure broke up the "log jam". My package was delivered two days later. Great job, Zoey!

Great Customer Service! I had a wrong item shipped to me in error. Of course, things happen. But the Proozy team helped guide me through the return process and get my expected item back out to me asap. I love the items we purchased - great quality and value - and the customer service made for a pleasant experience. i will be back for more deals!

Proozy Falsely advertised!

Falsely advertised! I ordered what I thought was six assorted North Face T -Shirts, for $9.99, plus shipping and handling, however only received one T-Shirt. No where on the details and or description does it state only one T-Shirt, even the representative I spoke with today February 2nd, 2022, stated the same and indicated she would need to tell someone to revise the description to only state one T-Shirt. As a customer, I think I should receive the remaining 5 T-Shirts,because no where does it state you are only ordering one T-Shirts. This is false advertising and misleading to the customers. Especially, when the representative of Proozy also states that a change needs to be made to the description of this promotion!

I purchased a mystery box for $99.00 and the items inside were great however they did not total the $300 advertised retail value. Mine totaled $256. I have reached out to 3 different associates and have only received a reply stating there are no refunds or exchanges. I replied stating I did not want to refund or exchange I simply wanted to be close or at the advertised retail or a coupon to get me closer. Customer service has been terrible and I am simply done advertising for them throughout my family and friends.

Great prices on name brand clothing. I have ordered 3x and received two orders. They exceeded my expectations. The 3rd order I input the wrong size on two pairs or Canada Cargo sweats. I emailed them at night and the following morning the sizes were corrected and shipped. That's fast service. Just have your order number written down and tell them what needs corrected and it was done we a follow up email. Very Very Happy!

Good Day: All of a sudden you can not call or get a return call when you need to talk with them. Up to the point they have been great, but suddenly fall off the cliff. What is up with this? Did they let all their phone people off permanently? Seem so, you can not even get a returned message. Please advise. Yes, I have ordered from these people on regular bases. I was initially skeptical of ordering from Proozy due to the unreal discounted prices but for under $100, I figure I give it a chance. I got my order very quickly. The only mishap was a color issue, I thought I ordered red but received a coral pink. I didn't contact Proozy directly about the issue, I figure I would just leave a review. Who would have thought that they read their own reviews. A representative reached out to me about my comment and wanted to know the issue. I explained the issue and I wasn't expecting any type of discount, credit, or refund in return but they refunded me for the shirt I was unhappy with. Completed unexpected but beyond professional and courteous. That alone will make me a continuous Proozy customer.

I ordered and received a nice North Face jacket. The zipper malfunctioned immediately. As I am not a sewer, I photographed the zipper and emailed Proozy. I got a response right away, and we went backand forth on options. I realize they have great prices and move inventory very quickly so no replacement was possible. They worked with me to "make good" and gave me satisfactory resolution to the problem. I was very please with the representative from Proozy.The partial refund is enough to have a new zipper installed by a dry cleaner. Thank you, Proozy.

What a horrible experience! I cannot in all honesty remember a worse experience. They shipped two off-size jackets to me. When I notified Proozy about the bad sizing, Proozy was going to charge me for the return shipping. This is on top of the shipping they charged me to send the two items to me in the first place. Then my wife decided to gift one jacket, and I attempted to advise Proozy about the change. I sent FOUR emails to them, and never received any response from Proozy. I then telephoned them FIVE times, left them messages, and again received no response. So on an initial expenditure of $38.63 I received $14.00 back. What a money grubbing company!

Proozy I have ordered from Proozy a few times in the past year or so; and almost always completely satisfied

I have ordered from Proozy a few times in the past year or so; and almost always completely satisfied. When I receive something and it's not perfect, they respond promptly to my concern and make it right. Most recently I ordered workout pants and a t-shirt. Both fit much tighter than I feel comfortable wearing. I contacted customer service right away and Natasha provided EXCELLENT customer service. She assisted with the entire exchange process quickly and professionally. She continued with a follow up email to make sure everything was as I needed. It was perfect. In times when customer sertvice is often lacking, or you have to deal with a person that doesn't understand your needs, Proozy and Natasha went above and beyond. Many thanks for all the time and assistance. Well done! I will be back to shop with them in the future.

I made an error when ordering from proozy, so I immediately sent them an email requesting a refund. They got back to me on the next business day and told me they issued me a refund. As they indicated, my refund showed up a few days later. I appreciate their great customer service.

Proozy I used Proozy for almost the entire Pandemic

I used Proozy for almost the entire Pandemic. They have some good deals and I enjoyed using them...until I needed to make a return. I bought a set of rather expensive glass bowls. After waiting about a month, they came in. There was an outer box and an inner box. The outer box was fine, the inner box was shredded and taped up like a child had done it. The glass bowls inside were shattered. I tried to return. No response. I followed up. Proozy said they couldn't see my purchase. I took a picture and sent them the receipt from the box, they never responded. I followed up again, They never responded. I sent pictures of the broken bowls, and left two voice messages a week apart. No response. I told them I'm going back to Amazon. No response. I won't buy from Proozy again. If you do, make sure you never need customer service or a return. They are the worst.

Proozy Do not purchase from this company!

Do not purchase from this company! I feel bad I recommended them to family and friends prior to me receiving my item. I have since explained the trouble I am having and they have discontinued purchasing from them until I get this resolved which I do not have high hopes for. I purchased a 1/4 zip pullover for Christmas and when it arrived its snaps which was not going to work for the person I purchased for. I messaged prior to Christmas and never got a response so I had to purchase from elsewhere for the gift. I emailed again and I'm still currently waiting. I just want a refund. I have never had any trouble out of a business. I had high hopes shopping here and even was going to continue to after my refund even though I was sent the wrong item. But they cannot get back with their customers. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response from the company.

Attempts to contact Proozy by contact form failed repeatedly. Phone number that is U.S. Central time had recording saying office closed, this at 1528 hrs., when hours given as closing at 1730 hrs. Engaged in chat which was over 45 minutes with loooong pauses requiring prompts (do they want you to go away...methinks yes) which did not resolve issue (replace or refund). Was finally told they would "email me" instead of resolving on chat... Note: Rec'd email denying refund/replacement. Reason: Item washed or worn. Note: Rec'd 9SEP21; laundered same day per instructions due to odor of garment. This company is downright dishonest and a purveyor of shoddy goods.

Proozy FRAUD - BEWARE

FRAUD - BEWARE. I ordered two items from them. The day it was supposed to arrive, I contacted FedEx because their tracking system said it was to arrive today, but it still showed it was in Minnesota. FedEx told me the item never reached them! Of course they haven't shipped it, because Proozy never sent it to them! All this while I've been waiting for it, and they haven't even sent it. So FedEx gave me a phone number, which ended up with the recording "cannot be completed as dialed." And what happens when I try the phone number listed HERE, on the ComplaintsBoard.com site? Same thing. It's not a working number. Even called the local phone number on the agent's email who emailed me a few days ago about the package, and IT DOESN'T EXIST. Complete fraud. I will have to call the police on them as well as report the fraud to my card company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

There was a time years ago when Proozy customer service was horrible and almost non-responsive. It appears that has all changed. I placed an order over the holiday online and when I got the acknowledgement it appeared that one item I had thought I had deleted was included, making a duplication. I sent them a message,but thought, " fat chance" i'll hear from them and I would have to go thru the process of returning the excess item. Idid not know if anyone would be there the day after the holiday. Unexpectedly this morning I got an email stating the requested correction was made and the order revised. I commend them on their efficiency and courtesy. It is obvious that the Proozy management has significantly upgraded their customer service and for that they should be commended . That level of fast response is unheard of anywhere and their staff member Corin did a great job

Proozy Proozy has the best and fastest customer service of any company I have dealt with

Proozy has the best and fastest customer service of any company I have dealt with. I had to reach out to them about a order of mine from them and the problem was not from thier end to begin with. My order had already been turned over to the carrier and I was given a tracking number from the carrier and then received a email with the delivery date and all yet that time came and went with no package so I reached out to the carrier only to get absolutely no help, no reply, absolutely nothing. I then emailed Proozy and they immediately had answers for me within minutes of contacting them and remember once they turned it over to the carrier it is on the carrier to answer questions as to why something did not make it when the carrier said it would be delivered at a certain time. They are absolutely amazing and very helpful and swift at Proozy. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

You place an order in good faith, thinking that wow what a great price and hoped you'd get it a somewhat reasonable time frame or at very least a tracking number that states exactly when you can expect it to arrive. I ordered Saturday 3/28 and on Friday 4/3 9:30am had to send an email inquiry on the whereabouts of my order... They responded in record time exactly 2 hours after my initial email and supposedly expedited my order, and then about 2:45pm that very same day I got a USPS tracking # that I have checked on the USPS website daily since to see where it might be, and to this day the tracking # has not gone anywhere from where it was birthed by a fake tracking # computer that someone is manipulating to actively suckle the poor saps that happened to order from this company thinking they got the best deal on some rather expensive athletic gear which happens to be something someone probably fished out of a dick's or model's dumpster and "cleaned up". I have since rescinded my order through my credit card company and issued a complaint with the website who directed me to this "great deal".

This was my first time ordering from Proozy and unfortunately my last. I purchased 2 jackets on the same day but in 2 separate orders. The first jacket came within 4 -7 days; however, a month later and numerous calls to Catrina (Customer Service Supervisor) as well as emails to her and being given the runaround was finally issued a refund. The jacket that I did receive is absolutely beautiful. When I would be updated, Catrina, claimed to not know what the hold up was. I even questioned if the item was out of stock and perhaps that is why the shipping hub never received it. She assured me that this was not the case. After probably 5 phone calls and daily emails, I was able to talk to a lady named Ruby and she in fact informed me that what I speculated happened was in fact what happened. The jacket was sold out. The jacket was supposed to be a birthday gift to my daughter (December 16th) from my mother (I did her shopping as she has Parkinson's Disease.) She, Catrina, assured me last Thursday that she had updated shipping and that we should have it by Christmas. How is that possible if the item is sold out? Not happy with Catrina - Customer Service Supervisor.

I made an order, then got emails saying the shipping changed...fine... they sent me the current shipping info...then got emails telling me one of the items i ordered THAT WAS SUPPOSEDLY ALREADY SHIPPED was out of stock and i was refunded. Am i gonna get that product or not since it was shipped before it was out of stock? Y'all tell me its oos so im getting refunded. I tell the person to issue me refund on ENTIRE order since the refunded item was really the only thing i wanted, i ordered something else to fulfil a minimum order. tells me i can ask for return labels once package arrives. FINE send them now because im not dealing with this company. The label has been sent...NOW>>>>>>> This morning i get ANOTHER email with a change in shipping?... What in the hell is going on at that so called company... i have no idea what is happening with my order... what am i getting? am i getting anything? who is shipping it? when will it be delivered? WIll it be delivered? could i get a refund? I JUST DONT KNOW>>>> SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON? Then i can rid myself of this horrible excuse of a business and delete every contact involved!... order #
