Poor Basement Remodel Work
I had my basement refinished by ProMaster. The framing was very poor, and in fact, I had to redo the bathroom to get the shower stall square enough to install the shower door. The drywall mudding was so poor, I had to redo it myself twice to get it acceptable enough. They installed every outlet in my basement, including my bar area, onto one circuit, so I can't even plug in my computer and microwave at the same time. They failed inspection because they had connected the bathroom circuit to a GFCI in a storage area.
Recommendation: Do not use this company

What a great company! I originally contacted another company for a quote on plaster and paint repair but they were a no show and rescheduled several times until finally they came but never did send an official quote or follow back up afterwards. I decided to call ProMaster Services instead and so glad I did! They were super responsive, arrived promptly to quote, and arrived on time to conduct the work! I am so impressed with them. So much so that I will continue to use their services from now on! Jamie came and did the quote, was very professional and easy to work with on what we needed. Noah was the contractor who performed the work and was also very professional, courteous, and respectful! Noah also did a phenomenal job! Highly recommend this company and Jamie and Noah. Thank you for your great services and brining a new client on board with such ease due to your unrivaled standards! I look forward to working with you again in the future for all my home repair needs.
Promaster recently did some remodeling in my house
Promaster recently did some remodeling in my house. Noah W led the team, and he was fabulous! He put in doors, moved a couple of walls around, did lots of ceiling work, and repaired hardwood floors. He and his team were very easy to deal with, and they did amazing work. I would recommend them to anyone!

Jamie S and his crew were very professional and did great work! I already have my next project booked and can't wait! The work was done in a timely manner and communication is great! They are very respectful of your home and property. I live in a condo and my neighbors even commented on how polite and respectful they were of the common area as they came in and out. I would highly recommend ProMaster!
