This is probably due to the strict policies Aircel follows for their verification process, its only a precautionary procedure to avoid any misuse.
Hmmm… its strange how I have never faced such a problem with Aircel, maybe it was genuinely not their fault and they can’t just activate your card without the necessary documents.. soo… anyhow. . each to its own. J

Have you written in to the Nodal officer in your area yet, it worked for me in escalating my complaint faster. So.. I guess you could try tht.. just go to the aircel website and try and find the right e-mail address according to your circle.. send in n e-mail with the required information and im sure they will respond.. I had mine taken care of behind the computer… so it was the most convenient way …

Oops I think it’s just a temporary technical issue! I would suggest a very simple method – just visit the nearest Aircel store and speak to the nodal officer I am sure the problem will be solved in no time. Infact I have had a brilliant experience with AIrcel Customer care people in their stores – they are extremely helpful….. Do take your complaint number for reference
DND is a government regulated service and knowing Aircel I am sure they would be following it. My DND has been activated long back and is working perfectly fine. In my opinion you should just drop by at the nearest Aircel store and refer to the acceptance message that you have received, I am sure this will be solved in no time.
you are true buddy but usually if there is an outstanding bill amount over and above a certain limit the service provider bars your outgoing calls. Why don’t you visit the nearest Aircel store and speak to the people there for a solution – I am sure they would have a valid reason and a solution to your problem.
Hey haider you sound really ticked off man. DND service is a government regulated service and no operator can violate it. I think the best way to handle this is to visit the nearest Aircel store and speak to the nodal officer there. I am sure he would look into it immediately and get you a solution instantly
"I understand my friend but the right measure you can take is, call the customer care, register your complaint and note down the complaint number. If not deactivated within the given time, you can just take your move towards their nearest Co store and don’t forget to carry the complaint no. @praveenkumarmellali My simple suggestion to you is please visit the nearest Aircel store, carry a copy each of all the documents you have submitted and talk to the guys about your issue. This is not a complicated issue and would be solved in no time.
@ Vinnniur...I can understand your problem, I think you should first figure out which value added service is active on your number, Call the customer care and deactivate the same, secondly you can activate your DND service as a result of which all the unwanted promotional messages and calls would be stopped. I think you should first confirm whether your DND service in your number is active or not, further to that you can visit the nearest Aircel store and discuss the issue. I am sure they will help you.
Well it is not possible to deduct from your balance without any usage but if there might be some technical reasons which can cause that. You can visit the nearest Aircel store and talk to them about this.
This is strange, as generally it happens if you respond to the promotional calls and messages the value added services can get activated. Why don’t you just visit any of the Aircel stores and speak to them I am sure they will clarify all your queries.
This is very weird, someone must have played prank on you and just wants to trouble you. Since Customer care executives are well trained and well mannered. If you have a Aircel office nearby you can visit them and discuss this issue . I am sure they will help you out.
