I don't think he was writing about pricing but about the quality. While sending flounder back 3 times seems a bit extreme and could have asked for more dressing for the salad while he had the wait staff running all over, you should have asked for a manager
Black people don't tip. If the mix of sprite and coke don't taste just right or if ANYTHING happens, they don't tip. They always have a reason. Use to be a waiter and we would fight over tables.
