In reviewing your post it appears you "ran over a pot hole" and caused damage to your vehicle. Typically damage caused by a road hazard would be covered under your comprehensive insurance policy. Additionally, ASC requires repair facilities that perform repairs on your vehicle to include at least a 6 month warranty on work performed and in most cases 12 months. If the repair facility charged you for the repair send me the invoice and I will make sure you are reimbursed.

I am sorry you experienced problems with your truck.
One of the most important responsibilities to insure vehicle reliability is proper maintenance. General Motors recommends an oil and filter change every 5, 000 miles, not 10, 000. Our agreement clearly defines there is no coverage provided if you fail to do so.
As with any repair, customers are given the opportunity to upgrade to a "new" engine and pay the difference. In reviewing the call, you stated "beautiful, let ship it.".
Our records show the cost of your agreement was $2085.
As of today, ASC has invested in excess of $7, 000 in engine repairs to your vehicle we were not required to.
