Ilynch,
Please provide your name and or agreement number.
Additionally, being the vehicle was purchased 17 days ago and the vehicle was driven less than 100 miles, the dealership is responsible for the repairs. See California bill AB 1447.
Let us know if we can assist you further.

ILYNCH,
I have attempted to answer your post previously I apologize for the delay.
Please provide your name and/or agreement number. Additionally, with your vehicle having issues in less than 100 miles and less than 30 days, California house bill AB1447 requires the dealer to repair the vehicle if the breakdown occurs within 30 days and 1, 000 miles.

With your name and or agreement number I could look your information
and respond with exactly with what pertains to your vehicle. Without that information, I can only respond to what you have posted.
With the vehicle being purchased seven days ago it is highly likely the "converter" was defective at time of purchase. I would suggest returning the vehicle to the repair facility that performed the pre-purchase inspection for you to determine what happened. In using your words "stuck with the bill", makes me believe this "converter" is something specifically listed as not being covered by the agreement, however, that is an educated guess since I have no idea of the coverage that you purchased.
If you will provide your name and/or agreement number I will look more in depth into your claim.

Tyree43, Plumbooster,

My phone number is [protected].
Terry Small
Beamer Lover,
8th time asking for any information to help you. At this point it is obvious to me that you never intended to allow us to help you and most likely were not one of our customers. If you truly had an issue you would provide that basic information.

Sarah,
Thank you for having your vehicle towed rather than driving it and causing further damage or risking being in an accident.
Please provide your agreement to the dealership your vehicle was towed to or call our office and provide that information to our claims department and we will contact them to begin the claim process. If you have any questions or issues, please contact me at [protected].

Thanks for the updates Sarah

I would suggest the Better Business Bureau Attorney Generaloffice, and the state independent dealers Association in the state you live. From there, contact local auto dealers and repair facilities and get their feedback. Basing your research from a "complaint website" will not provide you with the answers to make a reasonable decision. Obviously, very few people post "good feedback" on a complaint site even after their "complaints” were resolved.
If you need phone numbers for the above resources, please let me know.

Beamer Lover,
Due to the fact you don't have a service agreement with our company, makes it difficult for you to share viable comments. If you did, you would already know that we have repair facilities in every state. We advise our agreement holders to take their vehicle to any repair facility they are comfortable with and we pay their claim by credit card, in most cases, the day of the repair. You are correct, ASC does not have a garage, we have over 10, 000 repair facilities that complete the many repairs for us.
Terry Small
Beamer,
Mark Martin Chevrolet, yes the NASCAR driver, has a dealership in Highland that performs repairs for our customers in that area. They will even offer you one of our service agreements when you purchase your next new or used vehicle.
Terry Small
Nichole,
Thanks for the information. I have reviewed your agreement and it appears Ryan is working with you on your claim and is waiting on the estimate from your repair facility.
Please let me know if I can assist you further.
