I agree and disagree, I also had to wait forever for my item. I even wrote a few emails, which they answered right away. Long story short. I got my ipod, my gift cards, and a few other little gifts. All for about $150 total. But...Did have to wait quite a while for them to arrive.

It may seem like it, but it is not a scam. You just need to learn how it all works.
oh c'mon "I though I was on overstock.com" then your going to complain to the FBI? what is your complaint going to say? "I entered my credit card info on the wrong site and they won't give me my money back?"
I have used bidrack, with somewhat decent outcome. I admit the charge may not be 100% clear, but it is there. Just look before entering all your info. (and make sure you know what site your on ha ha) Also when i won my items it did take a long time before I got them. But...I did get them. And yes, just as they advertised ipad, watch, and a purse for my wife! Way below retail. Overall - not 100% perfect, but definitely worth it!
I used bidrack with no real problem. They took forever to ship, but I did get it. I am very concerned. It seems like nothing but bad reviews. go to the site again, am I missing something. On the register page there is a video that says "step 2 buy a package" then when you go to register it says $60 and payment info. This is going directly to bidrack.com. Are you guys signing up some other way?
I saw that they were going to charge my card. When EVER do you put in your card info and not expect to be charged. Shouldn't have been a surprise. I haven't had a problem yet.

you said it ellen67, also look around people are complaining they didn't get their product and saying to report bidrack, call bbb, attorney general and so on. (with anger) then follow the thread, 3-4 days later they say "oh, finally got my product" not quite far. Seems this new company, which might have some growing pains, bight be shut down because of impatient eager people. Do you use them? I get all (well almost) my stuff from there now.

I say the name PetsMart and read your post. I personally haven't had a problem with Pets Mart but your complaint it totally justified. There is nothing worse a business can do than bad customer service.
Maybe I'm not quit understanding, They said it was a mistake and offered to credit it back. You want more money than that? Are you expecting to get your purchase for free!? - again. Maybe I misunderstood.

There is no way i read all the post. But wanted to state my opinion, Ikea stuff is crap! And the customer service and store it self is nerve racking.
I agree it was wrong how the employees were treated, but careful what you wish for by not going bacl. I live in L.A. and we don't have Dunk'n Donuts! it sucks. i miss the iced coffee. :(
I have read terrible reviews about that company and some horror stories i won't go into detail about. Yes it seems your screwed at this point. You should have insisted the driver take it back. but hindsight is 20/20
Ha, i am now looking up complaints about sizzler. Because I love sizzler. You'll be glad to know there isn't many. Even your complaint. Although a shame isn't about the restaurant itself.
I believe i commented on another complaint about direct tv. I had them once in FL. never again. My situation was very similar to your. So I'm jumping on your band wagon of anti-direct T.V.
It is a shame. That happens a lot. People won't buy good products because of bad service. just goes to show you how important good service is. i don't blame you.
look how touchy people are and quick to judge. "i will never go to mobile again" either because of a misunderstanding or a little mistake. He didn't even mention weather the error was fixed or not. i am guessing no one ever gave this guy a second chance in life.
Holly Smokes. Someone stole your info. and made charges. You gave facebook 8 hrs. to fix it. They didn't steal your card, and 8hrs! With their 10 billion customers. I'm shocked they didn't jump immediately on your concern. I know it sucks, is unfortunate, and yes, criminal. But don't put all the blame on facebook.

Yes, what you said definitely doesn't sound right. But i did notice one mistake you were making. I have used bidrack and love them I got 2 ipads both under $250. You used $550 worth of bids on one? You started to low. Come in at the end, that way you only use a few bids, and that is how you get the deals!
I didn't read all the threads but saw the title "don't send merchandise" that is wrong. I thought the same thing. i was getting excuses about their vendors and such. i was about to call scam, when everything I won showed up on my door step. ( It was like X-Mas) It seems there was a problem for a while when they first started but seems to be all ironed out now.
i am more and more surprised to see all these complaints about Price Line. They have been around a LONG time. If they are such con artist and scammers. You would think they would have been shut down by now. I am not saying I don't believe all the post. Just surprised they are still in business with that sort of behavior.
