If the bag said "dark" potato chips, they are purposely made that way.

They are all over cooked, burnt around the edges, and delicious.
I am not a BOA rep.

I just read terms of service.

Recommended reading for everyone.

Sears has stores in Alaska to sell product.

Parts come from suppliers all over the USA.

Your part cost $20 to ship it to Alaska.

Operating the saw without the guard and telling the world you will do this, makes you openly negligent and makes Sears not responsible if you cut yourself.

Air Canada would be able to answer the phone lines with less wait times if they didn't have to waste so much time answering seriously ridiculous questions.

It's a no-brainer, passport information must match ticket if you want to fly on any airline.
Your dog is sick from eating that Dollar Store garbage.

It is rare that new bearings wear out quickly on a bike due to a manufacturing "defect".

I've seen it happen if the bike is washed often and not immediately compressed air blown dried and re-lubed.

Water and detergents wash out the grease in the bearings causing them to wear out quickly.

MX bikes exposed to a lot of water, mud, and dirt, will also develop this problem if not properly cleaned.

If Sears had given you another Craftsman tape measure to replace that defective one, they knew you would be back again someday to replace that one under the Craftsman tool "Lifetime Guarantee."

Despite what the guarantee says, the new management directive is to replace broken Craftsman tools with other manufacturer similar items thus breaking the "Lifetime Guarantee" of having to replace a Craftsman tool.

I spent good money buying a Craftsman "Lifetime Guarantee" snow pusher that failed second season. I kept the receipt.

It was replaced with another Craftsman "Lifetime Guarantee" unit that failed first season.

Trying to replace that second Craftsman Snow Pusher under "Lifetime Guarantee" the manager said it was not considered a "stick tool", so he would not honor the warranty anymore.

I said show me.

He went to the Sears internet Craftsman warranty site and as he is scrolling down the page I see wood and fiberglass hand tools.

He goes quickly past the page but I said go back! Humor me. Go back!

He scrolls back and sure enough there are the complete description and pictures of Craftsman "Lifetime Warranty" hand stick tools and Craftsman snow shovels and Craftsman snow pushers are there in the description of covered under warranty.

So now after having to basically fight for my warranty rights I am correct and he is wrong. He gave me no apology.

Because they didn't have a Craftsman tool to replace mine, I accepted a generic model almost same in size.

Bottom line is the new Sears management mind set seems to be deny the customer any warranty rights, give them a cheap replacement and make them go away.

It's not extortion, or highway robbery to say the least.

You parked at a metered spot.

Did not pay,

Got a ticket.

Didn't bother to contact Imperial Parking Canada Corporation whose number is clearly on the meter and report it broken.

Went on a vacation.

Moved households.

Did plan to write to Impark and explain the unfairness of the situation...

Then honestly forgot about it?

Pay the ticket, you certainly deserved it.
They require YOU to come in person to cancel a membership to prove it is actually you who is canceling your membership and not some person with a grudge against you.

It is a good policy and YOU should be thanking them for looking out for you and by protecting your membership.

Thrifty is what Thrifty does.
It's an outlet store with only a few employees.

It gets very busy when there are sales going on with real paying customers waiting on the floor for service.

First come, first served. Cash and carry.

You're better off going to the store then asking on the phone about buying something. Even if they have what you want to buy, they are not allowed to hold anything for you except if you pay in person.
Were the installers named Moe, Larry and Curly?
NTB broke a part on my car once and I was in the shop when it happened.

The manager at first denied he broke it but the mechanic, and my son and I, watched him do it and he had no choice but to fix it.

They broke it, they are responsable to repair it.

File a complaint at your local small claims court if they refuse.
Sounds like after two drinks, you got out of hand, spilled your water, started drinking another persons long island ice tea and got flagged.

Safer for them to stop you right there, then to get sued by you later blaming them for letting you drink to much then get behind the wheel of a car and kill someone.

Applebee's hot wings are considered mild by people who have eaten them.
That's a good price.

So why didn't you go to a Auto Zone, Ford Dealership, Meineke, Greasemonkey, Amoco, Carquest, or Advance Auto?

They are all over the USA.

When you arrive 20 minutes before a scheduled departure, you arrived over 20 minutes too late.

Our airport says domestic arrive 60 minutes prior and international 120 minutes prior.

Here's how to loose weight positively free. No club to join, no monthly fee, no special food to buy.

The six of you didn't look of age to drink alcohol.

You had a tantrum because you didn't get a free order of mozzarella sticks.

You obviously acted like kids and the waitress treated you like kids.

The ads on TV were advertising 50 cent HOT wings.

A HOT wing is a HOT wing.

A original recipe wing is a original recipe wing.

They are very different.

If you have a lifetime rotation option and Sears put your tires on and no one touched them except Sears, then they are responsible for the cross threading / broken stud / torque problem. They should replace them free of charge. If the manager isn't man enough to admit their mistake then file a complaint with Sears corporate. If that doesn't work, get the studs replaced at a reputable dealership that can document the cross threading / over torquing, keep all your receipts about the rotations and take them to small claims court. Like you said, something needs to be done and Sears preys on people like you who do not like the idea of legal action. They just don't care.

I bought tires once from Sears and the mechanic didn't hand thread the lug nuts on one at a time, then tighten with a torque wrench.

He instead put the lugs in an air impact drill and wirlled away cross threading the studs. When it came time later to repair a flat, King Kong himself couldn't remove the tire. Brought the car back to Sears and it was evident the mechanic did it wrong. The manager apologized. They replaced the ruined studs free of charge and put the lug nuts on correctly this time. That was years ago when Sears cared about customers. Sears is a rip-off now. Never let Sears automotive touch your car.

Do not trust Sears to do any repairs on your vehicles. When they mess up, they do not admit to it.

Sears at home warranty service is terrible. My refrigerator needed repair and I waited all morning for the repairman. After noon, Sears calls and says they would now be there before 5 PM. 3 PM Sears calls and says the repairman is behind schedule and won’t be there at all.
A whole day wasted waiting and then they wanted me to reschedule for another day!
No choice but to reschedule when you’re stuck with a Sears warranty. The serviceman arrived for the second appointment within the time frame and had to order parts. Two weeks later it was eventually repaired.
