I got my ipod headphones, and they sound terrible. Junk. Now i am trying to contact them for a refund and they are not answering the phone or returning emails.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
My phone that is only a few months old won't hold a charge. I contacted virgin. they sent out a new one in 1 day. Great I thought.
well the new phone is doing the same thing. 3 phone calls and 5 emails later, I'm still trying to get the 2nd phone replaced. No luck yet. email replies take way too long and are vague, asking me to call their help line which is nearly impossible to get a live advisor on the phone (a real person).
it's as if they are acting stupid about it or something. the guy on the phone said he would ship the new phone. so far it's not happened. In fact two persons said they would ship it.
meanwhile Im still with a phone that wont charge that I cant use. not good since it's mainly for emergencies if my car breaks down.
nearly 4 weeks ago, I ordered cartridges from inkmyjets.com they never did ship them. they wont answer email or phones. wont return calls. 3 weeks later I finally got one email saying they had computer issues or shipping problems (more lies)... said they would ship the product AND refund my shipping. they did neither. MORE LIES. avoid this company.
I reported them to ftc, attorney general office, BBB... [redacted]s.com... I want them out of business. their ripping people off.
My bank BBT refunded the money I lost... report them to your bank...

had a bad noise under the hood. two mechanics said "its the idler pulley". so they replaced that, charged me $97... and the sound is still there. was NOT the idler pulley... did they offer to put the old pulley back on and NOT charge me? of course not. I emailed the company about this issue... no reply... crappy customer service. they played it off saying the pulley was bad, had play in it and was not suppose too... all I know is it was working... fine. and not the cause of the noise i went there for!
avoid this company... get your car fixed elsewhere.

Also, 6 weeks later, I got an email from Guy Normandeau that they would refund the shipping and ship me the product. this is a lie, he's never done either one.
the guy is obviously out of business and/or not shipping stuff anymore. but he's not removed the website and is still taking peoples money and not returning it... he finally sent me an email saying he had computer problems or something and would refund shipping AND send the item. never happens. hes a liar.
report it to your bank, the FTC, the attorney generals office, , , , anyone you can think of.

full time scam? part time scam? If I spend My money, any amount and get no product, it's a scam. Either you are in business or you are not. customers don't want lies or bs or problems. Either you are shipping a real product or you are not. If you are NOT, for ANY reason.. you are messing people over... that is a scam in my book.
contact the BBB, your local attorney generals office, anyone who will listen... go get this site OFF of the web.
